I have bad experienceWhen I bookN reached to stay it’s too dirty not working lift no TV and ac not working properly how can stay with out clean in thins pandemic situation

Goibibo app doesnt have the hotel details. No restaurant at present at hotel. So no breakfast included. Mosquitoes ealry morning was horrible. We can wake up early at without alarm. Room is worth for just 500 rs. Celing fan will work on top speed only. Overall it is not a recommendable Hotel.

Not recommended.Firstly very badly maintained property , beds were not cleaned, bathroom was dirty, i did not get hot water at all, had to bath in cold water.Very disapointed. Not to oyo standards.

Easy access ,hassle free check in and checkout..Front desk staff very polite and helpful.Allowed 1hr extra for checkout which was really helpful.Clean rooms wash rooms linen satisfactory.Lack of hot water was a little inconvenience

Stay was ok. cleanliness could be better, mainly bedsheets blankets and all. bathroom was good, but shower wasnt working properly. hot water not available after 8am. complementary breakfast was hopeless. !! overall maintenance of hotel infrastructure and restaurant service will bring good customers !

Not worth. You get bookings vert cheap, basic amenities like WiFi and hot water not provided desoute showing on OYO Rooms app. One more thing; I got a suite that had no window in the washroom. I gave 2 stars only because the hotel arranged a taxi for me on a day when there was a strike in Kerala.

We enjoyed very much our stay here. Room very clean,airy n well lighted. All required amenities available, room n washroom very spacious. services good, food simple and needs improvement. Parking available. I recommend stay here.

Good for short stay. Staff & Housekeeping service was good. It would be great if they had some laundry service or arrangement. It is located in a corner, aside from main road, so you can expect a bit of calmness. You might not enjoy it, if you like staying close to nature.

Hotel centre point is situated at ravipuram near indian oil petrol pump .. u cant esly find the hotel because its. 50 meter inner than the highway .. . The hotel is available on oyo rooms application u can pre book your rooms . Hotel is not bad.. the ambiance is good. Some office is also running in the top floor

The room that we’re booked were big the air conditioning was good there are lot of mosquitoes all the time. The location is fine the room service and breakfast is lethargic. There is no wifi and not ready to cooperate at all avoid this hotel.

A very old property that is not even being properly attempted to be upkept to match OYO standards. No kitchen on the premises and no attempt being made to compromise for it. Best to avoid!

VFM. Linen needs cleaning. But for the price they offer the room is worth value for money. But Oyo Customer Support Sucks, well again for the price I paid I should not compare them with other similar service providers. Property wise 4 * for it. Oyo Customer Care Support - 2*.

Entrance is full of vehicles all the time because of bank nearby. So many times car entrance was not possible. Nobody response the phone, not the reception, housekeeping and room service when dialed from room. Actually there is no room service. Even if asked for tea in room service number, answer is nobody available. In three days, once house keeping came and only provide water bottle, soap. When I ask guys to change the bedsheet and cover, they never return. If you ask anything the answer is a no. Hot water is limited. In three days, i got only once. Morning only hot water is available and that upto may be 7.30am. Food and the service of food was good. But kitchen is a dirty place. Asked to rectify problem with hot water, reception guy answered that he will send somebody but nobody came. Rooms big and clean initially, then nobody came to clean. Staff response is pathetic except one guy in reception.Never again to this hotel.

Restaurant opens around 7 pm food is unhygienic and low quality. Hotel staff are rude and uncooperative, lot of mosquito in room. Bed are uncomfortable. No light in corridor. Wifi never works. Dont provided hot water in toilet in evening.

It is a lovable place to stay...the rooms are so so convenient... we had a great time there with our friends...they also provide food, which is tastier. but this place is hard to recognise from the main road.. however it is a best place

Not a good property, not at all advisable. Rooms are spacious. AC not functioning properly. Cleanliness is a major issue. Bed linens are not clean and the restaurant is in pathetic condition...

Fair warning, don’t ever check in here even if its your last resort. The owner/receptionist were not responsive at all, they will make you feel unwelcome. You wont even get the right wifi password when asked. The room was good but filled with mosquitoes. Its not worth spending your money or stay here.

The Wi-FI had issues in the floor where I stayed. Otherwise the hotel service, amenities and staff are all good. Also would request the hotel to have some kind of laundry arrangements.

Its right behind the petrol station and one could easily miss the approach road. Entrance is just before the petrol station. The front desk staff was courteous and the third floor has lot of room to host small events with the only snag being the lack of Air-conditioning.

The room had a brilliant view and adequate facilities. The breakfast was good both in taste and quantity. One room boy was slightly rude. The rest of the staff were great, so, Id ignore the rudeness of one person.

Coming to the location, it is located at the heart of the city - MG Road, Ravipuram, so accessibility is not at all a problem. Rooms were really good. All the rooms have Air Conditioners and toilets were clean.

Google map location is wrong and will guide you to some other street, better confirming to the hotel staff before using Google map

Hot water should be 24 hrs available but available only from 5 am to 9 am but stopped very early before 9 am. Breakfast not that much good. Cleabliness is above ok cannot say it as excellent.

My brother stayed here while he was taking treatment for a medical condition. The staff were extremely friendly. Neat rooms.They have an in-house restaurant whixh is slightly costly but You can always use the many options outside, which are nearby.

We had a one day stay at the hotel which was very nice. The food was excellent and the facilities too were very nice. The rooms were quite spacious and the staff too was nice. We took the buffet for breakfast which was nice and unlimited.Will try to stay there if i ever get a chance to visit cochin again.

The worst hotel experience ever, we have done a corporate booking through Oyo for 6 rooms and the worst part the lady receptionist who sits and arrogantly talks to every customer. She always behaves rudely to everyone without any reason this is how Oyo go all time low by associating with such hotel with no professionalism and manners at all. She was screaming on us without any reason for asking for delivering the keys at another room. Such a worse hotel and I will never ever suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Had recently stayed at this property. The best part about this hotel is its location, walking distance to lots of places / restaurents / hospital/ bars/shopping. Behind a petrol pump...parking available... Local transport easily available.

TV does not work after some time, AC are old and remotes hardly work, the setup is pretty old and finally ...the hotel is Nothing like shown in the oyo website..based on hotels I have been staying in the same budget elsewhere I give 2 stars

I had a booking and had paid full amount for this hotel. When I called.. they said they have given the rooms to other guests and they have no rooms left. I was traveling with my family that too in a new city and they denied me the stay on the day of check-in that too after paying full amount already. It seemed they gave the rooms to other guests who were ready to pay higher prices.This really was a huge harrasment for me and my family to look for another alternative and totally unfair. This will be raised to consumer forum.

Get prepared to fight with mosquitos in the room.Better be armed by yourself, because hotel staff will not help you.They are already failed fighting with mosquitos. Dont go for complementary break fast.The restaurant itself will make your stomach storm.
