It is a good branch of Navya Bakers. I have been a customer since inauguration of this bakery. Quality and neatness have slightly come down from the beginning. Car parking is an issue.

Very high price and staff should be trained how to deal with customers politely.May be they have very good business even without it

Reviewing vazhakkala Navya, love their snack items. Packed items are a bit overpriced. Giving 3 stars as its very difficult to get parking here.

I am giving 2 star because of the online experience. I had booked a cake online on 9th July for delivery on 19th July. The cake was excellent,no doubt about it but once I booked online there was no confirmation mail from their side. I called the next day at the bakery and the guy there verbally confirmed the order.On July 19th, they totally forgot about the order, I had to call and remind them that I had booked online cake. Plus they charged me Rs 80 for delivery when I dont live more than 2 km away. On asking about this at store, they said they provide free delivery, dont know about online which was a complete loot of my money.delivery guy had no clue whether I paid for cake or not, even though I gave him the order number he wanted proof that I paid which he could have checked at the bakery.i wouldnt buy from this bakery again since their online experience is very bad even though products are good.

Navya bakers is Good for plum and Ghee cakes . Credit and debit card is accepted. Located near to Vazhakkala junction. Parking is difficult, only two cars can be parked, security will guide us for parking.Price is reasonable . Staffs can be more friendly and helpful

Overpriced as hell, we once bought a lime pickle, usually the market price wouldve been around 70 for a lime pickle but their price was 150, other items were also overpriced for ex. A mixture was priced 120 rs.

They are my favourite bakers in Kochi. I like this Chembumukku outlet particularly. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. For me, their milk bread is the best bread in the city. They have a good range of tasty vegetarian baked snacks. They also stock eggless plum cake during Christmas. (Eggless plum cake is a rarity.) They also stock Navya milk, Navya chips and other snacks and, other branded snacks and sweets. Parking is difficult because there is place for 2 cars only, and youll always find the shop busy and the parking options taken. Sometimes the goods are in such high demand, that on certain days and late in the evening, they run out of their baked goods.

Imbalance in taste and price

The Chakka ada is very tasty. Home made taste. Better go in the morning as its limited supply. Other bakery items also good standard.

We have been buying baked goods and sweets regularly for quite a long time here. Their sweets are quite good and baked goods are very tasty. This is shop is a lovely place to buy mouth-watering snacks. My favourite items are the jalebis and the marble cakes. Parking may be a problem as it is located on a busy road, but let your hunger lead you!

Yummy snacks! Their aluvas are a must try - super soft and tasty. I always visit this place before I travel to my parents in the gulf. They absolutely love the banana chips, ghee cake and the aluvas. Slightly on the pricier side but I’d say totally worth it!
