MRA heals from Thalassery Kannur and they are having various restaurants & Bakery across Kerala. I think they are having it outside kerala and abroad too. I had food from MRA Trivandrum and also for Ernakulam and Thalassery branches the main thing I notices is the consistency of taste of dishes. Really Marvelous!!! Here in ekm they are having dine in facility and park in facility too. They are having a good bakery and an Express food court outside area. Its a great experience to have their food . My favourate is Pander Butter Masala. 😋

Restaurant that serves yummy delicacies in town. They have an express counter and a bakery with huge varieties of snacks on the ground floor and a dining space on the first floor. Had chicken stew and beef coconut fry with all time mallu porotta and ney pathiri. The chicken stew had a very thick gravy made of coconut milk with well cooked chicken, it was super yumm 😋. I would say its a must try one and the beef coconut fry was too good and goes well with the flaky porotta. Great place to enjoy good food.

This is how there butter naan looks like,it nearly took 30 minutes to get the ordered food.And after unpacking the food this was the situation.after informing this,they have provided us with another set and still the food was same.Kindly make sure that side dishes are available with the parcel that you don’t want to call them and ask again….

Hey guys, I recently went to experience MRAs new car dinein. Let me tell you this guys, it will never be the same as experiencing food in a restaurant. Sadly for now we can only do this.Coming to the food, overall the food was tasty 😋 we ordered a chicken biriyaani , veg fried rice and chilly gopi, and tandoori rolls.Btw, i got a hair strand from one of the tandoori rolls and they immediately took the food back and gave us a new one and said sorry. The food was hot and yummy. Chicken biriyani was too good with the non curd salad and carrot, dates and the mix pickle. The chilly gopi tasted more sour than the usual.I felt the staffs in the car dine in area can be more friendly and polite. The guy whom we got wasn’t that good.Washroom area is neat and clean.Bakery has a plethora of pastries and other bakery items. There were also bees near the pastries 🥮(2 stars because being a top restaurant in kochi they should be careful about the food they serve and staffs weren’t that welcoming)

Food is tasty and affordable. If you are looking for a good dining experience, not exactly the right place for it. Too crowded, messy and noicy, It kills the whole point of dining in. If you are just a casual traveller and wants good food. Its a nice place for it.

Quality food at a cheap price. An amazing outdoor/ indoor dine in, and bakery. Would be good if you allocate a little space as smoke zone for people who smoke while drinking tea, rather than restraining them.

Over crowded all time. 100s rushing at tables where we eat. Restaurent did not control crowds. Nice for Chinese foods. Wide variety of Tea, Snacks ,Cofee available at the Front Counter of MRA. Parking lot is little trickey at the back. Front parking for almost 5 bikes and 3 cars.Nice food. Always sanitize when you are there. Best Food . I could give 5 stars when they control crowds atleast like other esstaurents do. I visit more than 3 times. And even if i like the food i cant go there. I ould prefer online booking.

Visited here by a friend suggestion. Basement floor have a bakery and its a nice ambience. For the food in the first floor. We can use steps or lift. After a long time waiting for food but no one is coming. Two times show our hands up. After some time waiter came. Ordered Tanduri wrap with mango fruit shake. Waiting for another long time. Very disappointing food. The food wrapped with porotta with very less quantity. Very poor service. Not recommended. Very bad experience. #not-recommended #bad #no

I went yesterday MRA edappally. Restaurant is neat but the quality of food is very very poor and rate is very high. I am very much disappointed and the customer rapport is also poor . They are surviving with their brand. Bakery items are good not that much bad.

Chicken curry naadan was not upto the mark. Both quality wise and quantity wise.. staffs are courteous and helpful. Neatness is good. Was really disappointed with that chicken curry.

The worst restaurant in Kochi! Arrogant and ignorant staff. Super slow in serving and responding. Staff doesn’t have a clue about the type of food being served.They think everything they are digital and menu doesn’t load easily and the menu is deceptive. Don’t get deceived by the pictures. Their software that takes relays orders to the kitchen is a mess and they know it but would never cross check. We have keep following up for each item and after their ignoring tactics when the finally reach the kitchen another 30 minutes is lost and you would be still waiting.The manager was also clueless about the menu. You have to accept what they serve without any questions. If your raise a concern then they give you the most stupid replies or act deaf and arrogant.For whatever they are projecting, and the prices they charge it’s a waste of time and money. Food is worthless, chef is clueless and a very bad dining experience!

One of the most happening places in the Lulu Mall area. They have a wide range of snack items which are a must try. The tea and coffee served here also have good taste and is a regular hang out place in this area. They have a dedicated parking ground and the suppliers take order from the parking lot also. Overall highly recommended for a fine tea and snacks experience.

The best dining experience along with a soothing ambience and very polite service people. Had fresh fish from the store to tawa and the supervisor was a trainee Mr.Anand. Mr. Anand was very polite and was kind enough to explain about the menu in detail.Overall a 5 star experience 😍😍😍

Very Very bad experience.We sat around 20 mins for ordering and no one showed up.Waved hands 3 to 4 times but no response.Ordered 4 Chicken biriyanis.Quantity was very less.And paid Rs 190 + gst.Not at all worth.The chicken seemed a little different.Flavour of rice was good.Ordered lime juice too.The bill amount of 4 chicken biriyanis and 4 lime juices = Rs 860 (including gst)Had a tea and chicken puffs from outside their shop which was good.Chicken puffs -Rs14Tea - Rs 14

Everytime I pass by this restaurant I see it crowded and wanted to visit for a long time. And finally I got the chance. They have parking space , so you can drive in. On the ground floor its the bakery and the restaurant is in the first floor. The place was crowded as usual and we tried their chicken lollypop, biriyani rice , chicken alpham, afgani chicken alpham and finally rasamalayi. Every course was really good and we enjoyed the dinner. The place is hygienic and well maintained. The staffs are well mannered as well. Its a good family restaurant and would visit again.

5 stars for the sweets. 3 stars for the restaurant food. 5 stars for service.The food was average, nothing special. We tried the ammachi chicken, one of the mangalore specials (forget which one) and the malabar parotta.What was oustanding was the bakery items including the cookies and the sweets.The jilebis were to die for while the ghee Mysore pak was better than Srikrishnas.

Been to MRA doha and kannur, this was the first time in Kochi, had the se experience, the food too was good for their price.

Very bad service and tastless food. Tried fish biriyani and felt that the fish is a stale one. When I pointed out the same, I received very lethargic service. Seeing my complaint, my next table customer told that he also did complaint on his fish and got it changed. Not recommended at all. Please take note that unfortunately the location attract customers automatically.

Got quite a spread on the menu. Burgers and sandwiches may not be up to par but mandi and the sweets are good.

Everyone should try Mutton Raan, its so juicy, soft and got finger licking tendency!!!😋😋 n lil bit pricy too but worth a try!)😋

Ithe food quality was just ok.. thats all. And Very much over priced... Waited over 45 minutes... Noodles served without Fork.. There was no tissue paper on the table, so I asked the waiter for tissues and he gave me one piece of tissue... 😄

Mandi and al-faham was i ordered and I was great. Nice taste and ambiance. Friendly staffs. Price is a bit high. But a good place for have decent food to enjoy. Yes, I recommend this place for a try.

They have a splendid north indian cuisine and theri biritani and some of the chinese dishes are okay.. They dont serve any cold beverages, may be because of the current covid situation. Their north indian starters are exceptionally tasty. They provide great service and the staff was very helpful even in placing order and explaining about tge food.

Tried Car dinning. Very bad experience. Made us waited more than an Hour and food too not good. Never expected this from MRA. Took my family saying its the best in Qatar. But got very much disappointed. Food was not hot. Even the soup was very cold and couldnt have it.

I’d been there recently while the restaurant had just opened up for dine-in . It was the time when we had to order food from ground floor and then get it delivered to the first floor and eat .The staff’s behaviour was extremely bad especially the restaurant manager, who ever that person was on duty that day.Also, the place was messy and service was poor as well.

MRA Bakery is simply awesome. The variety of bakery items you see is more than you can ever imagine.Have a great choice of Thalassery bakery items like Chukkappam/Areeram, Tomato Murukku, etc.

Ok so this is my second review for MRA. I had tried MRA edappally sometime back when they opened it and I was a satisfied customer though not 100%. But few weeks ago I had a very pathetic experience and I am really dissatisfied with the service and the food. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table and I asked them before hand if Mandi is available and the answer was yes. While the waiter was taking the order he mentioned Mandi is not available and they have only Alfam Mandi and I said yes half minded. And when he delivered the food imagine what, it was something else!!! I was surprised and I asked him and he mentioned this is really a nice one it is Mandi rice with grilled chicken kebab. I was shocked how can they just deliver what they like if my order is not available. They should have the manners to let me know the same instead of taking their own decision. And the charge was 270/- for a quarter with very less quantity. Absolutely not worth the money. I the had to speak to the manager to get it exchanged and I ordered chest piece Pepper Alfam. Again you know what they delivered normal alfam which was not properly cooked. And I had to change that again and finally got the pepper alfam that I ordered. Alfam was okay and not that great. I had to literally waste my time there and eat what they served half minded. The food was served in disposable plates and tiny containers for mayonnaise and they did charge me for that. I was shocked they are charging for containers for dine in???? Totally totally dissatisfied with the service and restaurant and the people whom I spoke to get food exchanged!!! Pathetic service. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Food is okay and average.Less parking space , Too much delay in getting food.I have visited the place yesterday and it took 1 hour to get our food.@Edappally i would recommend other places like Dhe puttu , Cheenawala , etc.MRA need to improve on the order management and Car parking.

Very good place for dining and chill out. Superb varieties of snacks and beverages are available. Different varieties of Chai, dosa corner, shawarma corner, bakery etc etc... everything in one place.Only cons is huge time by hotel for takeaway. U should wait atleast for 45mins to 1 hr to get your parcel..

Lit Bit Expensive.....The Food was just OK.We ordered Mandhi rice, Alfaham And Chicken Biriyani......For Only Mandhi rice they Charged Rs 140/-For Mandhi I suggest you to visit Al Reem at Thammanam. At Al Reem they charge only Rs 70/- For Mandhi rice.Not upto The Level of foods in Kochi.

Located opposite to Lulu Mall adjacent to Ambiswami restaurants at Idapply Junction.When we visited for first time it was so crowded around 4pm and people came there to have quick snacks and shawarma. I ordered shawarma roll and it was quite yummy, tried few other rolls and pista cakes.. all tastes yummy.If you are visiting here by a car getting a parking lot can be bit difficult during peak hours. Only 4 or 5 cars can be parked at a time. Restaurants snack center would be crowded usually.People who dont love the smell of cigarettes may not prefer the ambiance.Cleanliness can be improved as I noticed a fly roaming inside their glass cabin.Check twice before ordering something inside the cabin.Follow me on Instagram @kochitraveler

Eat at your own risk. Had to spend 1000s due to stomach disorder after having food from here. Friends at Edappally have shared similar compliants. Stomach disorder in these Corona times would be life threatening, keep in mind, and trust me, the owner is not apologetic either!!

After 40min of waiting, v got a good for nothing chicken noodles and beef biriyani-happy dat v didnt order more, wont recommend at alllllll😐🙏

Bakkery is Nice , I like Cashew butter cookie and carrot Cacke. Biriyani is special and loved the butter panner and Nan. Arabic items like Manthi you have a better choice near by.
