Disrespectful staffs with a rude behavior. I really didnt like the service from your staffs. Please maintain your staffs or or else nobody will come to your shop, I came to buy oppo f9 pro but they make me unhappy with their disrespectful manner. Their are many good shops near by this place other than this. Dont go here and waste your time.

From 2018 to 2019 financial year i do purchased mobile and laptop around of 3-50lacks rs( 4 premium mobile and 2 i7 laptops ). In this sep i went shop for buy a samsung 10 inch tab also waited for 3 days after thise days the same reply their is no stock . but available on other shops.. only a positive experience i feel the staff are very friendly and they coparated in good manner

Faced really bad and rudeful behaviour from the staffs of Tecq. As per the communication I had with the Tecq staffs regarding the EMI option for mobile, I approached the Tecq shop at Tripunithura with all the requested documents. But at the shop they behaved like not even contacted before and taken the photos of all my documents. Later they identified that I am not eligible for the EMI option.Is this the right mannerism to keep in front of the customers? Teach your staffs about how to behave.

Worst service.They offered one jio sim with one month free call and data when I purchased Samsung mobile.When l reached to get the offer with my adhaar number next day they refused to give their offer.They claim that no such offer available. How can we depend such people who lies to sell their product.Think twice before purchase from there.
