Worst experience ever with a car dealership. They offered a price for Tata Tiago, and after further negotiations, they decreased the amount and amended the quotation. At the time of payment, they said that there is no decreasing in price. They are very professional when we enquire about a car and about to buy it. But , once the booking is confirmed, they behave like non professionals.

Called this showroom to book a service for my Tata Nexon, due to lack of service staff they could not scheduled a service date had to call more than 4 times for a service request and they recommended me to go to Malayalam Motors Muvatupuzha and get the service done, if you stay near by perumbavoor you can go to Malayalam Motors Muvatupuzha and get the service done with out any delayDuring my first service i noticed that the customer experience form which should be rated by the customer was ticked and rated as Excellent by the Manager instead of the customer, such a fraud .....They do not pick and service vehicles
