Service was satisfactory. Busy. I had to wait 15-20minutes to get a chance to see the person sitting at the counter. My battery was faulty so they told me to replace it and how much it was clearly mentioned beforehand. That is no additional charges. Ofcourse there is service charge&gstBattery price was 900, service charge and tax =₹700It took 2hours to get fixed.But overall it was a good experienceNice customer relationship

I Feel real pity for those MI users.. The people who sit there lack basic customer service and relation skills. At the peak hour there is no one to attend the customers. Best part is that some one from the closed restricted area will come out and will look at us with arrogance and go inside again.After we wait for around 15 minutes.. Good.But according to previous comments by the customers, i pre-booked an appointment online through mis official site inorder to avoid que and rush, and i also got a message with token no., but they didnt accept that token, and said it is not required, then i was 3rd in the que and did the waiting equal to an unbooked customer.Still i think their device service is good as i got my phone back on the same day in good condition.(Dont believe the No appointment No service message on the service centers wall)

You need a online booking token to get a service. Service required a board change. It was done in about 90 minutes. Would rate the experience as very good.

Anyone thinking about getting your phone repair done during COVID times, please book a token online. Due to the COVID surge they only allow 3 people inside. You can book by searching for ‘mi service Center ’ in google. . If you don’t book you will have to wait in there for hours. I went there to replace my bulged battery on my poco f1 . I had to wait a week to get the booking number online before going. Service is alright. They took 2800rs for battery replacement. Local stores are claiming that they can do it for around 1800 (tec q Palarivattom ) . I am not sure whether the battery will be genuine or not. Either way they replaced the battery Within 2 hours.

No rush service center at Ernakulam. Then there is space to sit. The function here is to follow the Covid protocol.

Gave to replace my Side key FPC they have done it perfectly and after the service microphone not working, now they need to replace the mainboard to make the microphone work.After the FPC key replacement, they need to check my Youtube, WhatsApp, and Gmail to verify if the key is working...

Hi,I went to this place yesterday for changing my mobile display,after all I waited for 30 -45minutes and I went back n I tried to call them.but the the phone is ALWAYS BUSY n no one called back so I went there again n they were like chilling n not doing anything ..and thnks to them my phone fixed but speaker got compliant n still they no response from their side.

Beware when you hand over your phone. They will replace other internal parts without your knowledge to loot money.I gave my MI Note 4 for screen replacement. When they returned the phone, they asked - looks like your mobile battery is weak, do you want us to change that?. I didnt changed it because the charge usually remains for 2 days with moderate usage.To my surprise from that day onwards, my battery started discharging in few hours. I went and shouted at them but they were not giving any proper answer at all and gave some lame excuses.

Best Xiaomi service centre in central Kerala. I have visited many other service centers in different districts .But none were satisfying except this one. Here the repairs are done timely and perfectly. The staffs all are helpful and patient. My repaired product is working fine yet this time (Its been 6 months).

My Phones back camera was not working anymore and I wanted to change the camera. I had visited and enquired about the issue but none of the service centers had the stock. Without keeping the phone in theses centers they were not able to replace my camera, which in my case is not possible because I didnt had any spare. So my friend suggested this center in Ravi puram.. i went there and immediately they replaced my cam. I was really doubtful if they would have the stock but they indeed had it. The only backdrop of the place what I felt was i had called them around 8..10 times but none of them picked the phone.

Their service was better than other mi service center in marine drive. The staff was polite and had patience to listen to the customers problem. Surprisingly their charges were lower than the other service center. I really liked their service.

My 9pro incoming calls I cant hear, so I went to the service center, they told to due to phone bugs, you are not able to hear, do software that is the complaint, I went to near by shop opposite to MThospital, they told its the speaker complaint, I had warrenty but I told them to do the work, they just cleaned the speaker and phone was ready in 15 minutes, lack of experience in servicing is the problem of service center.

I replaced display of my Note 7 pro phone here and exactly after 3 months.. Its gone.. It havent fallen down and now even having a single scratch. They say warranty is over and again i need to spend 3.5k for replacing it. Low quality spare parts? I dont know. Very much disappointed.

Covid protocol handling - full marks.Service - 3star - my mobile only had a speaker issue they could have told me to wait. Instead they told me they will call and by the time I reached home they called to say its fixed. I guess thats cause of the covid protocol.

Online service centre.payment only online. Security ask us to take token through our phone. What foolishness is this. Some customers phone may not work, so they are at service center. They havent installed a token machine . Think TVS....

I had visited the service center with mi 360° camera. The staff was very friendly and supportive. They tried to understand the issue and resolved with in short span of time. Online token system reduced the crowd in the premise. Best ever service received.

I have visited here when covid protocol was in effect. They are working according to the govt guidelines. Maintaining social distancing, Temperature checks, Sanitizers etc. The service is very good. Hate to wait is a very good solution in these covid days.

I originally gave a 1 star rating to this service center 2 years ago. Now I am giving 5 stars. Because they have changed. I think the whole management is changed now. All the staff except for that lean girl in the front desk are very courteous to customers. I got my friends mobiles motherboard changed within three working days. Upon completion of the work i got text message also. Kudos.
