Went in wanting the S5 and I was disappointed with the sales rep. Made me leave and forget Audi as a whole.The sales feels very pushed. You dont have the peace of mind to walk through and choose as the sales reps are right by your ear before youve made up your mind.One needs to understand that purchasing a car goes beyond a simple transaction. One needs to find comfort without the annoyance of a sale rep popping in to make a sale before youve set your mind. At least give a few mins before swooping in.Peace of mind is not offered here.

Customer service not at par with other germans/premium dealers. Guess its due to lack of a different Audi dealership in Kerala(its all the same management). Even the sales section is least bothered. I visited the showroom for upgrading A4 with the newly launched A5. They couldnt show the features and explain cos battery is disconnected ! Instead offered A4 test drive!!The vehicle(Audi A5) being awesome, and numerous online reviews on top, impressed us. We didnt consider any other vehicle as an upgrade option, but 30 min from the time I stepped out of showroom, I got a call from another German premium dealer asking if am looking for upgrading my A4!! Asked him how he got my number, he said its from some database! since vehicle is not registered in my name, its not possible to get my number from any database related to A4, so it has to be from the Audi dealership itself. How can they sell my details to another dealer/competition? It shows how Ill managed the dealership is, management has no control on staff? The same is with the service section. Being the sole dealer , and have sold numerous vehicles , they r least bothered about customer satisfaction. They know customer doesnt have an option. Any way, they just pushed their existing customer to a different brand. If anyone from Audi India/Germany reads this, do the favour and assign a different dealer next time for other parts of state.

The experience is too bad , the manager is too rude and he doesn’t know how to behave to vip customers, worst experience in the audi showroom kollam , even he is not interested to explain the features of the car.the manager is not fit for the showroom. He is asking the family details , worst and worst behaviour.

Service till the First drive to road...there after ugly behavior ..not suggest or recommend any person to buy Audi. not expect any more best services because they can not provide it ,I can not supporting on Bad customer relation ships, In future I am not doing any more relationship with Audi company and KP cars..Anas

I love the architecture of the showroom! I keep starring at it every time i pass by and love eyeing all the cars sitting there comfy. Bought our first premium car from there, an Audi A4. Service has been really good and the car is in good condition. Really enjoyed the test drive and the staff were very hospitable...I really hope the put the Audi R8 on showcase just for me to ogle.Thanks Audi cochin....

Pampered till you buy the car..after that different scenario...had issues with cars air conditioning system ...service team failed miserably to fix it..that too after carrying out expensive repairs...finally had to take vehicle to local garage to fix it..audi cars are good but very high on maintenance compared to MERC or bmw

Last two and half years, they appeared very reasonable and co operative. At times, as usual, commercial interests pitch in and it could be managed.

Customer service too bad.. staffs act like they are the owner of audi co. The way they treat people is by looking at your clothes. I wore casuals and they just saw me as a tresspasser. At the same time when u wore formals the scenario is something diff.. i didnt understand this cleche.

I went to the showroom last week planning to buy a Q3 .The staff in the showroom was behaving in a rude manner .After a couple of days I got the test drive .2 sales executives came with the car , Test drive was ok and I liked the car also , but one of the executive was behaving as if he is the owner of Audi and talks with a very bad attitude like the guy whom i first met in the showroom .With such a bad experience from the Audi people I dropped the plan of owning an Audi .
