Great quality delicious food and customer services are very quick and polite. Especially Biriyani. Customer friendly management. Love it their team work.

One of the reliable eatery that one can find. They host a combination of bakery and restaurant goodies under the same roof. They serve one of the best chocolate shakes. One could totally walk in and pickup baked goods and packed food items. They truly try to keep up their name that has become a familiar one among us.

Good puffs. Tea served here is excellent.. Try porotta. Crispy and of course tasty. I love milk bread here. Small packet but tasty..

Everything is Ok including Food and Service. Only problem is they dont have a lock at washroom. So its very huge risk for ladies. Because their staffs were also using the washroom most of the time. And if anything happens to us the person who is standing at Cash ( Person In charge) never mind our words. He dont have politeness . Very bad attitude

A good place to grab a quick bite. They have an open seating as well as AC area, but the area is too congested inside. There is a wash area. A juice corner is also available inside.They also sell bakery items. I personally tried their egg noodles and it was good. I had chicken biriyani worth rupees 150 of it was for 80 or 100 yes it get a good star butt value for money too bad more over its not biriyani ghee rise with chicken masala that’s good to say... also had shavarma to balance the body need yes it was worth.. 80 rupees chicken shavarma really good ... A decent restaurant which is situated in Kaloor Kadavanthra road, Ernakulam. They provide bakery as well as food.They have varieties of Non Veg food. This is situated in the main road. The parking is a challenge as only a few vehicles can be parked in frontFood is of good quality and they serve faster.

Customer service is really bad, they dont attend dirty dishes on the table even after a new customer comes and waits for more than a reasonable amount of time. So I walked out without without having food from them even after politely asking them to take away the previous customers dirty dishes. Which they still made it wait for a long time. As a customer this is not the best place to spend your money.

After a long time .. I feel the real taste what I expected... I enjoyed Royals Beef Biriyani & chicken biriyani ..,both are delicious., and Take a parcel Beef roast,its quantity satisfiable. Staffs are polite & neet atmosphere.

Fitst thing there is no hygenic way they are making parotta. They are not using handgloves when making parotta.

I have ordered Sharjah shake..it was not the best of the ones I had tasted...just an average, with heavy sugar content..may be I was unlucky. Ample Parking space is available.
