The owner of this firm (Mr.Thomas) is very irresponsible and never keep value for his word and never start or complete his works on time what he promised for. Always make some justifications to lagging the work. Initially he pretended to be very sincere and by times he changed his attitude and not even know how to communicate with clients. Im having such a worst experience and he is yet to finish our house. He promised us 2-3 months after lockdown for the completion of work and its more than six months. Still lot more works to be completed. Never suggest SBN!!One more thing I just want to mention that he never allowed to transfer money through bank account and never offered any genuine documents for work agreement. I guess he is trying to cheat the IT department as well.
