Excellent locality. Be careful on the promises made by the builder. The pool is a scam. So are many other amenities.

Beware of any promises the builder makes if you are planning to buy an apartment here. Amenities promised in broucher like swimming pool are not there even though apartment is almost at full occupancy. The premises is shabby and filled with building materials stored in car parkings and surrounding areas. Overall looks like builder has no interest in completing the works of the apartment in a timely and diligent manner. Not a good choice if you are planning to buy an apartment with your hard earned money.

Great affordable flats available. You will love it. Work for the approach road have been completed and is now very neat and clean. People in the building are very friendly. The premises still have work materials which is meant for the construction of the second building to be constructed soon. First of all near to my ancestral home.Several schools nearby.Metro accessible in just 900meters.Railway station nearby.All branded shops in a 3km radius.Near to seaport airport road.All reputed banks.Half a dozen supermarkets.Also not near to the main road.

The terrace is the main party area of this apartment. 4 lifts operates and the total floors accounts to G+9. Very comfortable neighbourhood. It is a new apartment near SN junction, Tripunithura. It is not a luxury type property...rather a moderate type. It is situated a lil interior from the main road. The roads around this property is heavy traffic area. Rent is around 14K per month.
