One of the worst places to live in Ernakulam. I lived in Apple Heights for one complete year. The caretaker is very rude to tenants. Security Guards think they run the whole place. They even question the guests that come and wont let them in. Imagine whats the point of renting a place if your family, friends and beloveds cant come see you. The rent is very high. Monthly maintenance is not done properly but still they will charge amount for that. Lifts dont work properly. There are two lifts for the convenience of the tenants. Security guards turn off one lift all the time. Even during the covid time, they didnt let tenants use the second lift. Most people opt for Apple Heights because its near to the main road and you can access nearby shops and marts easily. But if you only think about that and rent this place, you will regret your decision later.There are CCTV cameras but most of them are not working. So I dont think Apple Heights is a very secure place to live as well. If you want to live happily in Ernakulam, choose some other flat. Apple Heights is not the best option for you.

Not the best option available in ernakulam. there are better apartments with more facilities and less rent compared to apple heights.

Worst Flats! Most of the reviews are from paid members and brokers...so don’t trust. I have lived there for 6 months. Had terrible experience, mainly from the care takers.... Very arrogant people. Don’t even consider this if you want to live peacefully.

Nice apartment. We can easily get monthly rooms here for families....

A flat near Vazhakkala with a main road entrance. Ive not seen any name tag on the building so its a bit difficult to identify it.
