Location of the apartment at a location where the accessibility to important locations is the prima fasciae, construction of the apartments has been up to the standards and follow up has been thorough, aspects pertaining to the maintenance is also meticulously followed.

A nice place to live in away from hassles of a busy city but well connected by roads to gain easy access to the city. Perfect scenery from balconies and it ranges from star studded skies, sparkling city and serene mangalavanam sanctuary and beautiful vembanad kaayal.

The Project Evalia Developed by Paul Alukkas , having 12 storied Residential building with 55 flats, 2 and 3BHK with all the amenities. Plus features like CCTV, Solar power for common areas, Video door phone for flats connected to Security etc.Location is Awesome... Cz,i its easy access to Marine drive, Kacheripady, MG Road, Railway station, container Road, Lourde Hospital, Chinmaya School, Don Bosco School, Kerala Highcourt , church, Mosque, temple, Bus stop, Shops and Super market, Banks & ATM, Kacheripady Janamaithri Police station is just nearby etc.Can see sunset from west side of the flat with some lake view, mangalavanam bird sanctuary, good wind etc.

Very bad and unorganized works done. Leaking in each flat after handover. I will not recommend any one to take this. Location is very good but management are not keeping good relationships with the flat owners.

Marketing it at 60+ Lakhs but when enquiring price jumps to 81 Lakhs... no idea... if these people have any idea about the zeros in Lakhs...
