It was good interaction at the beginning with Santa Monica. But as the process went ahead, I felt a negligent approach towards my documentation which might have been purely coincidental. It could be one out of thousands of incidents for the agency, but it has hampered my visa approval. Though this was the case, assistance from the visa section was remarkable. The visa filing staff Aiswarya was helpful and supportive even after the negative result. However, as a client, I felt this could be avoided with diligence when assessing the clients profile, such as the SOP review. Except for this, I am satisfied with the service offered to me.
