A reason why offline stores are failing.I visited the place twice mostly to check out the new samsung devices. Both the times the devices I asked for was out of battery and I had to wait and use it while charging. How can someone get user experience while docked to charging device? To my surprise, the employees are not familiar with the products theyre selling either.Another big revelation was samsung phones dont tell you what processor theyre running. You have to download a third party app or search online to check it.

Not a feel good handling ...Earlier while visited once for Note 10+ they said its upgradable to 5G when network is available.. .. wrong information.Now while I asked for a Pouch for the same they says samsung discontinued the accessories since they launched Note 20..& lot of blames to samsung...Even the way of communication itself is not pleasing to a customer who has bought their flagship phone for 85000/.Better samsung make a note of such dealers...

They provide defective tempered glass as complimentary gift. I called the staff who attended me and reported about it the very next day of mobile purchase. He asked me to come to the shop to replace it and I went there. Now after the replacing the defective glass which was provided as a complimentary gift they asked me to pay a charge for the new tempered glass. I clearly told the guy its a gift that you guys offered was defective not a one which I purchased. They didnt agree to it and also I didnt feel like fighting over it in the showroom. Pathetic service and this is not what I expected from exclusive Samsung showroom!

The ambience and staffs dealing was good. But saw many people complaining while I was there. They arent attending phone calls and all.
