Perfect place for a weekend..pool side cottages are the best.. excellent room service.. food is average for that price..they have spa.. gymnasium..kids area and a well arranged outdoor dining area..they provide buggy service to and fro.. ample parking space is provided.. moreover located very close to kochi airport makes it convenient for international travellers..they also provide space for small parties and functions.. overall a nice experience and one must try in once..only 1 suggestions is that they should include breakfast in their package which was not there..being a 5 star hotel

The stay was great.The rooms, the pool and the complete property is maintained very well even during this pandemic. They take effort to clean and sanitise the pool everyday .The staffs are very polite and helpful. The food is a bit pricey but overall our stay was great.

Got a chance to visit blue bar in SAJ Earth, its good ambience here feel very calm and peaceful..but staffs behaviour and attitude is very bad. Felt like throwing bottles to table not interested to serve. And another bad thing is not provided any side snacks with drinks as all other hotels providing decent items ..Please appoint good staffs here or the hotels will lose their good image..as this hotel is very close to airport.

I stayed with my 10 friends in the resort, as only two people were allowed in a room due to corona pandemic protocol.The resort was clean, the staff was so much well behaved, and rooms are of really good quality.If you are planning a trip with friendsIt’s a perfect get to go. Not sure if this is a 5 star resort. The facilities are not up to the mark. The pool could have been an amazing feature , but the architecture and outdated interiors completely spoils the ambience.The beadspread in the room that I had stayed in had holes in it. The fan wasnt working at all and the AC too wasnt working properly. Even after bringing it to the staffs notice, nobody bothered to fix it.To top it off, the electricity kept getting cut frequently. This is not expected from a place that claims to be a 5 star.Also my friends for whose wedding I had been to there had a really bad experience. This place is totally not recommended for people who want to conduct events on their special days. They will ensure to give you a hard time.

Function could not be conducted smoothly due to extreem power cuts.. No electricity backup was available making the experience at the function horrible for the friends and family members gathered. One star is the least option available or 0.5 would be thr rating considering the food service was satisfactory.

Located very close to the Cochin international airport, the resort which is set in a spacious tropical garden filled with exotic trees and flowers. The greenary is manicured and well preserved. The main highlight of this resort is that mostly all rooms have access to the pool and so you can have a dip anytime. The buffet was not available when I went there, maybe its due to covid. Its a perfect place to chill and have a fun get-together before getting to the airport or vice versa.

Saj is my worst experiences at hotel thus far. They claim to be a 5 star hotel but do not conduct themselves in such a fashion, be it the staff or the basic amenities. Apparently power outages and air conditioning not working is common in a 5 star hotel according to them. Kindly avoid this place.

Giving 1 star because there is no option for a negative star. Worst experience ever in a resort. Downright petty behaviour from rude and racist management staff. And if that was not enough, the facilities were awful beyond belief. I would like to go on and on describing everything that is wrong with this place, but then I realise it’s not worth my time to think more about this awful place. Just one word. AVIOD. Avoid at any cost, avoid even if they offer it for free!

We had booked the venue for a wedding event. They aren’t returning the advance to the concerned person now and they’re also not releasing some of our stuffs. They forced the customer to sign an agreement saying he doesn’t want the advance back...and then returned the items...but they damaged everything

Simply awesome. USP is the infinite size pool which touches all the rooms of the resort.u can have beer at pool side bar and swim for full day till 7 in the evening.must stay place in kochi.the rooms are also very beautiful. its overall an awesome property..simply loved it. most of the guests were either foreigner or honeymoon coupler. awesome ambience and nice welcome at reception. we were also served with juice and cookies as complimentary welcome and werre also served complimentary snacks at bar. simply loved it

Thes best property for relaxation

The level disappointment we had due the pathetic service from the staff....we hosted a wedding party there and booked the entire poetry that has access to pool, moments before the check in they demanded a security deposit from every room(which they didnt mention when we asked at the time of booking). We had to wait for atleast an hour and half just to get the rooms. When we finally got the rooms there were no electricity due to some maintenance......after check out they refused to give back the security deposit given at time of check in and if we wanted to get our property back which was used for the party like lights and stuff we had to give them an written signed agreement saying we dont want the security desposite.....which we did because the stuff they had was quite valuable to us. Which they destroyed and was given to us wrapped around in a bundle. Just think we paid lakhs to host a function there and this how they treat their guests. Never fall prey for their infrastructure and advertisements, they are just goons in suits.People who value their stuff and peace of mind stay clear of this place.

We had the worst experience at Saj Earth on our wedding day. Before we fixed the venue at Saj, they had agreed on not keeping any other function from the morning of the day we had booked for to the next day so that we would get enough time to do the setting and also dismantle everything. We had also booked all the 34 rooms at the resort to ensure that all of the place was available for our guests, even though we required just 20 rooms. Inspite of all this, they opened the place for other functions at the same spot before ours and also the next day morning.Before the guests could check in, they took an advance of rs 2000 ( how do you expect the guest to pay when somebody else is hosting them?). Even though we had paid the whole amount 3 months ago while booking, we had to pay Rs10,000 for the guests rooms (which made no sense) which they said ,they would return. But now they are not ready to return it claiming that we didnt clear the space after the pool party even though we ensured to leave it totally clean. Also, when we asked them to return all the installations safely , they said that they would only return everything if we signed an agreement stating that the 10,000rs that they had taken for the rooms would not be returned. We agreed to it (even though it was totally unnecessary), but inspite of that when they returned our stuff and installations, they broke in into pieces and handed it over to us.On top of all this when the function got over, the owner, Mrs Mini totally misbehaved with us and asked us why we were so reluctant to get back 10,000 rs when we could spend so much on our wedding.Usually its the job of people from the hospitality sector to make everything easy for their customers, but these people made sure that my husband and I had a bad time managing our own wedding.

This place is a grand old dame. Its a luxury resort that has seen much better days. The cobblestones on the paths are loose, the furnishings are a bit run down, the paintwork needs refreshing, and the plumbing is old. On the other hand, there is a nice swimming pool. The staff are attentive. The food was good but the buffet breakfast was limited. The proximity to the airport is good.

Its a nice place to spend time with. Tha ambience here is so very nice. There are mainly 2 bars, one is the ordinary ac bar which too is very ambient and next one is besides the pool and thats too much ambient. The place is well maintained. The whole place is very nice to watch. The pool is large enough. It is though a place with a class and l personally loved it and like before, I will definitely come again 😊❤

I made my booking directly with the hotel. I specifically asked for a room with direct entry to the pool. But, the manager told me that due to Covid restrictions, they only have limited rooms and none of them have the direct entry to the pool. I have also checked what activities are there prior to the booking and they confirmed that the kayak boat is available. I confirmed it once again on my way couple of hour before our check in time. But, when we reached the hotel, they said kayak boats are not available. We could also see people staying at rooms with direct pool entry and realised that it was a lie from the staff regarding the Covid restrictions.The hotel feels like a third class lodge room rather than a star hotel. Never expect anything by seeing the 5 start rating. Everything about the room was in bad shape and even the basic amenities were missing. The bathroom door lock was broken, fans regulator was not working, water drainage at the bathroom was clogged, fridge was not functioning, missing the basic stuffs like a drinking glass, Tea/Coffee sachets etc. They did not have a restaurant either. Will never visit there again.However, the pool was huge and it was fun. That was the only positive about the stay.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. We showed up to our neighbour blasting music on a speaker, outside, steps from our door. The pool was filthy with bugs and soot. The room was mediocre at best. We figured we would get massages as we had an early flight and after travelling for 2 weeks needed some down town. The 45 minute massage ended up being about 20 minutes. The lady left the room half a dozen times and answered the phone in the middle of the horrible massage. She complained to me about previous customers not paying and afterwards I understood why. For 3000 rupees its was an absolute joke, I wouldnt get that massage for free. We ended up checking out and although the front desk was nice, they offered no refund on the massage because it was a contracted service. Absolutely horrid, dont go.

Best resort near airport. Have only 10minut walk from cochin international airport.Front desk staffs are very co operative helpful. There also have good parking area.The rooms have a direct access to the swimming pool which is the main attraction. There is no word to say about pool just amazing. My main attraction in the resort was this pool. Awesome size and well maintained. Had a good time there. I have not seen such huge ...They serve one of the best indian food... freshly cooked very tasty and well presented.The waiters are attentive and service overall is good....Overall its a nice place near airport

Very rude behavior, We are not allowed to use all the facilities they have listed in their brochure. Never plan any of your precious events with saj earth resort they will make it a worst one.TV/ AC /Fan will not working at the time of check-in. AC have not worked till checkout time.I will never book any room with SAJ Earth Resort any more.

This place is literally heaven on earth. The rooms are huge with swimming pool in front of them. All the rooms have individual bath tubs with AC and TV even in bathroom. Its closer to airport. The lake inside the hotel houses some of the exotic species of water animals. You will feel constant breeze of sea water. Overall a nice place to visit specially people planning their honeymoon.

While Swimming pool looks good, it has the depth of about 1 feet. Really?Make your own decision. Average. Front desk commutation was awful. She cut the phone 3 times while checking for curtousy car. Never had that experience before. Also lied about not having my phone number. Awful.

An expansive resort very close to airport, tucked away from the hustle n buzz of the normal airport traffic.The rooms are very beautiful n has a private entry to the pool shared across multiple rooms opposite each other.The food is extravagant, varied and diverse dishes, a bbq counter n tandoor counter adjacent to the bar completes the experience.They are also a perfect host for weddings. A huge completely air conditioned hall and dining area completes the picture.Ample staff who are young and friendly gives it the whole best stay!Wishing all the best for future years and great time for the customers 👍🏼

The place is good..due to this pandemic I guess its less maintained..well overall it was a nice experience with the private pool and all apart from the common connected pool...we took a suite room so we had all the privacy..the villa was spacious with all eminities

The hotel has good aminities, ambience is fine. All the rooms are arramged around a line lenear pool. The presence of that pool makes all the difference. Other than that the rooms are quite standard. Its kind of old. So toilets are stained. Night lighting could be inproved around the pool and walkways. It would make the place so much more better. Few rooms have direct access to the pool. Other rooms have view. Good for a one time stay. Kids would definitely enjoy the place

This is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL .....Dont be fooled by its construction its not a 5 star hotelAnd there is a fair reason for voting it this low which ill show with proofs1) at yatra while booking i had inclusion of airport drop and pickup . This inclusion was denied at reception. I asked specifically for that and they said its chargable 750 rupees. Ill attach my booking screen shot with this.2) bugs ...and lot of them and they dont provide any anti mosquito solution for that3) no cellular reception ... my room was near rooms atrium 201 to 208 region and there was no cellular reception (jio and airtel ) u r basically cut from world .Will not recommend this resort ..

Good resort for family and bussiness class travellers, behaviour of reception and security staff is very poor. house keeping quality is like a 2 star hotel.The closet inside the toilet is not clean (coloured like domex advertisement). even we paid upfront payment also they collect 2K extea as refundable security deposit.

Rooms are quite spacious, clean with all modern amenities. Food is good. Lots of greenery, good landscaping, internal transport is good with bungee. Green and clean energy. cooperative staff.

Nice design with pool access from all rooms. They have golf carts to take you to your room.Breakfast is average. South Indian portion could be more authentic. Maintenance could be better. Staff need to be more proactive.

The place is good. Theres a part of the resort thats upcoming. The kappa-meen curry-beef roast is excellent. The Resort needs to be more family-friendly in terms of the atmosphere. Service too can be bettered & made warmer. The spa could do well with a complete re-vamp. Surprisingly a Beauty Pageant is being held today. The greatest plus is its proximity to the Airport.

Never expect five star standards..... Just the standard of any local Lodge....... Bathrooms are pathetic...... Pool is dirty and full of dead insects......... Food is below average in taste and priced very high........ The whole property is unkempt........ Only positive to mention is the very convenient location...... Best place near airport

The rooms in the resort was quite good, and the concept of having rooms around the central swimming pool, and the small play boats inside the pool are good and we enjoyed it. The electricals and bathroom fittings in the rooms were quite different from the normal, and not intuitive. Reception or housekeeping number not written in the room phone, and it was difficult to find it. Though its rainy all time, the reception refuses to give umbrella to the guests. They do offer an electric car from the reception to the room but we have to wait. The rooms are around 10 mins walk from the reception. The restaurant seemed dull and tooooo expensive. The resort is nearer to the airport, but the road outside the resort is not nice its actually a small street and its not easy to walk from here to the airport. But thanks to the complementary drop they did from here to the airport. Overall, the stay here was ok, except for a few shortcomings.
