Recently I went to Polonica Salon, kadavanthra for a haircut and coloring. The service was very poor and the prices were too high. Staffs are very rude and they made mess in my hair but the owner is good. Extremely disappointed.

This parlor has wonderful service at a reasonable price. The staff are very courteous and up to date with the latest trends. They consider our input as well and do perfect styling that is according to our desire too. We had requested their services for a function during a busy workday but they were glad to oblige and did an excellent job for hair, make-up and clothes styling of the ladies of the house. Standards I feel have come down. Been visiting polonica since they started the saloon under south bridge. Earlier used to have a personal touch or welcoming feeling but now its just a hair cutting saloon. Still the best place for haircut in cochin

We went there for ironing and saree draping. The rates they quoted on the phone were wrong, when we were done,they gave us a new bill with extra charges. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They charge 500 for saree draping, but they do not know how to drape a saree.

I have been here few times and was satisfied with their service and based on past experience took my friend but what happened made me feel embarrassed in front of my friend. The person who is at the reception tries to sell you the more expensive package instead of what you really need and they lack knowledge in what they are doing. If you ask them something, you will realise that they were just given basic training and they know just a bit on what they do. You ask them for suggestions, they will tell you basic general stuff. My friend had some knowledge on this and upon asking few things, they just gave vague responses...The service what they provided was kind of okay...wont say its bad but one could get a better deal elsewhere.

A good place to have a monthly hair grooming and Coloring. Good discounts offered. Guys are good professionals.

I had a very bad experience at Polonica cochin few years back and decided not to go there again ... Very recently i went there again hoping that their services would have improved... But my experience was worse... They dont have properly trained staffs.. Their staffs are incompetent but still they charge high.. I wont recommend this saloon at all...

Worst service, high rates and rude staffsThe staffs are very rude for some reason. Maybe they arent getting paid or something. They are also lazy to cut hair and wont heed to u if u say u want it in a different way. The receptionist literally told me dont come back again rudely while smiling and looking at my face. 20% extra tax and again 40% tax if using card swiping. I feel pity for the people who come here seeing the big board outside. Barbers inside just want to finish cutting the hair fast so that they can continue watching TV.. When I was a kid I used to go to local barbers for 70rs hair cut which is still available.. They still give better service than this. I left that place with hair still all over my shoulders. Shame on u polonica for destroying ur own reputation

This is my first time there, it was ok, am satisfied. Interaction with first time customer is below average, one doesnt get the feeling that you are very welcome and they are happy to have you . Its robotic behaviour.

Went to Polonica kadavanthra salon yesterday for the first time, Super polite and efficient staff. The one which in palarivattom with the same name is a fake one, in which there services are also very poor. The real polonica have only four branch, two in kadavanthra and other two in manorama junction.

The service is very good,nice and friendly staff.Good ambiance and reasonable price.I completely enjoy going to this salon and would love to recommend everyone to visit it.

Last week I visited Polonica salon in Palarivattom .Poor service and staffs are not polite.But then my friend told me that Palarivattom Polonica was a fake one & Original Polonica where situated in Kadavanthra.So I visted there for hair cutting & facial.Excellent service and staffs are really nice to me.They have another branch in Manorama junction also,its a good salon too.

Visited Polonica Palarivattom, last week. Eventhough they charge exorbitantly the service is not up to the mark. Employees interested more in watching tv (that time cricket match was airing). Need to spruce up the services to match up with the rates charged.

Today I had my make up for betrothal. Very Pathetic service. I look like ghost. I dont want to disclose the name of the person who did it.I advise you to kindly check the persons skin tone and do the grooming. I wont recommend you to any others. Horrible experience, asked the stylist to just level the bottom and instead he cut off a chunk of my daughters waist long hair reducing it to half of it. Women please avoid at all costs.

I recently visited the Kottayam Shop. Very disappointed with their service, shop not clean enough and the behaviour of the staffs were really unprofessional, Im not a happy customer.
