Hi guys ,Please provide an inquiry service or phone number at the service center.This could cut down the long queue at the center .I had a question to ask regarding my phone spare part availability , which ideally should take less than 10 secs , but since there is no source for inquiry had to wait in the long running queue .Similar cases with other customers as well.Thanks to the gentlemen who let me jump in front of the long queue for clarifying my doubt.And the lady at the counter was also polite .I know time is precious for everyone , so please consider my suggestion as i felt the place could be made a bit more customer friendly .Cheers!!

Very friendly and courteous staff and technician. I have given my one plus 6 for a service they told me that it cant be serviced in a day and fixed another date for repair as I have to find a spare phone.

Excellent Customer Support and Assistance.Friendly Staffs🙂.Located close to Vyttila-Thammanm Road (Adjacent to Bus stop)You need to wait a bit for the Complaints to be Diagnosed.Also Do carry a Copy of Valid Purchase Invoice (email also acceptable).Need to Pre Book Online token using hatetowait mi service website or else you could get assistance to get one token from the showroom itself.They usually Service Mi and OnePlus Devices.Professional Grade Service and Assurance.Also they do have Accessories available to purchase.Although if your faulty device belongs to non repairable category, if there is buffer stock available then they might get you one instantly within a short span of time, or else you possible need to wait another 5-7 days to get the replacement delivered.They will call upon getting the replacement.you can collect your replacement till 7pm from their centre except Sunday and other non working holidays.You will need to submit basic details and sign some service request and acceptance forms.

Internal policies must not be a burden. Deposting phone and wait for one week is absolutely a nonsense policy.

Very congested. Need appointment prior to visit for MI stores. Without appointment they will not accept service. People who come for service without knowing this will be in trouble. Not enough space. No option for assistance due to congested space. Need more user friendly system in Mi service center.

This service centre is the WORST. I gave them my phone and they said that once the repairs are done, they would let me know. Occasionally tried to reach out to them but their number was non responsive. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I called up support 3 weeks later and they told me that the service was done on the same day I submitted the device. For heavens sake, at least provide a WORKING PHONE NUMBER or at least send a text message once repairs are done. Were also working full time jobs and dont have the time for this nonsense. In addition to this I received my phone yesterday only to find out that the problem it had has not been resolved. Folks, if youve faced such issues, please complain to the consumer court. This cannot be allowed to go on any longer.

Gave my IP68 water resistant OnePlus 8pro for service. They said device is water damaged!! And I have to pay Rs. 41,000 to replace main board and display. I decided not to pay this hefty amount on this device which I bought just 2 months back... rather buy a new phone for that money. I took back the device home and switched on the device. My device was working fine!!!!! And they have left my device unsealed as you can see in the images of the back cover. I dont know whether to take my device back here because they have done more damage than there was. They dont answer the calls on their official store number. So everytime I have a query I have to visit the center which is 40km away for me.

When I visited the service centre for battery changing (bulging) there was a light crack in the corner of the diplay.And it was no way connected with battery.But they told me to change the display also;which will come total around 4000/-.But in MyG they changed the battery alone &charged only 4000/- Service not professional.

Worst service centre.... Kept more than 3 weeks for a 3 month old one plus 8pro mobile speaker replacement... They wont take calls, hardly respond to whatsapp messages , but says as same as in one plus app.. Heavily crowded area... Worst worst experience... Please escalate to higher authorities always... The service was extremely bad I gave my dead redmi6 for service and they said they dont know what the issue is and recommended to replace board and gave an estimate of 5300, I bought that phone for 6k. I later got the phone serviced from outside for just 350rs! The way these people handled the issue was truly disappointing wont recommend.

I bought OnePlus Nord CE 5G in July and its Power Button & Volume Button was defective. I visited this Service Center and they were treating me as if I did something wrong. Very harsh behaviour and asked me to hand over the phone to them and asked me to wait 2 weeks until the spare come. They wont order the spare unless you give the phone to them. Now its almost a month since I gave the phone to them. Nobody has contacted me yet. I tried calling them and their phone is switched off. I contacted OnePlus they said that the spare has not come and need to wait for 5-7 working days. That is another 2 weeks as they are working only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I asked them to replace the phone as the spare is not available which they are not accepting.

There is a service center for oneplus and mi here. Its always terribly crowded here. No Covid protocol is followed. Do not go there without knowing that you have never opened. They do not pick up the phone whenever we call. But he managed to get inside and escaped. Our problem will be solved. But first you have to go inside

They accidently made a scratch with some sharp tool in my device, when I have it for service under warranty. After receiving product and when I highlighted issue, they are saying they did not make the scratch.

Worst customer service and rude behaviour from service engineer.they denied the service by not even checking the device.they were simply avoiding the customer service with unwelcoming reason.

Very unprofessional dealings. They have a token system in place but you will have crowd in the premises to get a token. Even though I was the first one to arrive but they forced me to the end of the que for issuing the token. Then why token system? Finally after 4 hours in the que after issuing the token they asked me the OnePlus phone model and told me spares are not available for the model. Then why they made me to stand there for 4 hours. Terrible experience.

Pls dont go there. Went there to replace my OP 5T battery and volume button. Gave them mobile switched on and after 2 days they are saying phone is dead due to faulty mother board. Bought it back as it is and gave to OnePlus ESC coimbatore and the issue is resolvedI think this service center guys need customers money by cheating

Dont bother calling them... Their Phone is always switched off. My phones power button was worn out and needed replacement. When i visited, they said the entire front plate needs to be changed and not just the button, and quoted 7k...no thanks! Absurd, trying to milk money from customers for unwanted replacements. Went to amazon, bought the individual power button for Rs200 and replaced it myself with 15 minutes of effort.

They wont do the OnePlus extended warranty service here.they will ask for money even if you have extended warranty on your OnePlus product.so when you purchasing the product there wont be any use of you buy extended warranty its only cost you extra money without no value.And service persons here are not professional and very bad service so buying a OnePlus device in kochi is very risk.

Its too late to implement online token.. standing in a queue with more than 50 croud for 3plus hours... That too in this covid situation is disgusting.. Atleast we are paying you for the so called flagship models.It was pretty decent inside the room. Customer handling was decent.Its already too late to implement some strategy to control this queue and time wasting.. we also value our time.

We had to wait for about 2 hours to get inside. The terrible thing is that the phone numbers provided in their website - we were never able to connect. There was only one person to handle the long queue of people waiting, and amidst this pandemic, it was stressful getting my phone repaired from here. Since it is the only authorised service centre for OnePlus, we had no other option also. Anyways, got the phone repaired properly and no data was lost even though they mentioned data will be lost.

Cheating by OnePlus service center. At the time of raising service request I had specified that GST invoice with our GST number is required. While collecting the device they said they will issue the invoice in 3 days. It has been more than 20 days and they have not issued the invoice.

I gave my OnePlus 6t for a service and they told board need to replace. I clearly told them dont do any board replacement. They removed my mobile back panel and not fixed properly and hand over to me. I asked if you removed back panel you have to fix it properly and hand over to customer. No response and I broke my mobile in front of them even though no reactions from them. I never had such experience in my life. Really bad customer service and not worthy enough.

I gave my mi 6 phone for service and they gave a callback after resolving nthe issue. I received a call from their agent for collecting back my mobile . However I had to wait 1 hour because there was some discrepancy in the bill which was unprofessional. Already they have quoted the amount through phone and I provided them confirmation but bill amount was different . Finally solved it after 1 hour of constant discussion. During this pandemic time please resolve this issue in a fast manner.

The service center is pretty crowded and they ask us to submit our phones for a minimum 2 days for even a very small repair work.

I had given my oneplus 7 pro which is under extended warranty and after two weeks when i call them theyre saying now i have to pay 16k to have the screen replacement done i waited for 2 weeks for nothing and they did not say that i will have to pay to it fixed and i have been trying to call them for the past 8 days and now theyre telling me this.If possible dont give your phone directly to this center instead go to oneplus care app and book a service and theyll come and pick up and drop it back when the service is done

They dont diagnosis device properly after service too and now its worst. All they need is money . Now we have to wait for hours(minimum 1-3 hours) just to submit the device.

Front office staff is polite. But they wont take your PHONE CALLS on the number given in net. Even if we ask for a reachable mobile number also they will give the same one😂.I gave my mobile on 22nd and they called me on 27th just to TELL that they wont do repairs on extended warranty products for free of cost (recently this policy came) and the service is available only through banglore main service hub. Again travelled to Kochi which was about 110kms just for buying my phone from service centre.Mobile was handed over in the same condition as of given.

Good service center for Mi and OnePlus. Quick resolution, well behaved staff, adequate stock, well mannered. Parking is the only issue to give 4 star rating, else could simply give 5 star.

The customer service is horrible! I had given my phone here to change the display. I have been trying to reach them for a week but they wont respond back. They are not responsive at all. I have tried to reach out to them in every way possible but still there was no updation about my phone. I found someone else also having the same issue that they wont respond! This is very irresponsible from their side.

Really bad service I repair my handy display from this centre unfortunately. Its not working proper. I paid around 19000 rupee. Theyre not responding for my call and Im really not happy with the service. Please dont choose this service centre to repair your handy because they dont have any responsibility on there work.

The service was superb cool and fast resolution for the issue. But there was a lady in the reception with a very rude attitude towards customers for no reason as if she own 1+. Rest everything is just perfect.

Apologies as its been two weeks since I promised to post my feedbacks. After reading the post I saw lots of challenges by the team, however when I went to get my One Plus phone fixed I found the lady (Sallu if I recollect) at the reception to be very genuine and Rahul also... However just with two staffs and Covid protocols I think they just need more man power staff and a manager to respond to the customers challenges and respond to the reviews. Rest of the things will fall in place. In regards to my phone I was addressed very kindly and was informed about the possibility of options and they were kind enough to call me within 10 days to come and collect the replacement also. I found the staff to be good however felt absence of a manager to support them so that they can do a better job and do justice to the job. Hats off to the two people on the desk... Thanks again for the good service I received.
