Loved this experience. Scenic beauty at its best.... Peaceful n lovely experience . Good way to spend time with family. Surrounding is so calm. Helpful and courteous staff. Needs little improvement in time management.

Carnival arranged my transport during a trip. Our driver Martin was safe, reliable, polite and helpful - not a single complaint. I had arranged the itinerary in advance so didnt need much help on that end but Peter provided a few suggestions for details I hadnt finalized and he was very quick to respond before and during the trip - all v stress free!

We did a 3-night tour with carnival tours, with two nights stay at Dewalokam and one night on a house boat. Both are very good experience! Our stay at Dewalokam is one of the highlights of our 10-day southern India vacation.Our correspondence with Peter during the booking was easy. He responded quickly and answered our questions precisely. Our driver Babu is professional and polite (with somewhat of a strange braking that makes me a bit motion sick).Overall good experience and I won’t hesitate to recommend Carinval Tours.

We just had the most wonderful tour in Kerala with Carnival. We booked directly with Peter and the whole experience was professional, thoughtful and seamless. Our driver Biju, the local guides, Peter, the hotels and experiences were faultless and much appreciated when in a different country.Kerala is the most beautiful place and We cant reccommend any holiday company more highly than Carnival. Nice place. Pleasant experience. Tension free travel. Two types of back water trips. One is with motor and the other is manual. There are half day and full day trips. With food or without food. Food is just average. Once you entered in boat you feel that nature purity of air and smells. Better go thru hotels. Almost all cochin hotels are maintained by these backwater trips. They will come and pick up from hotel. Nearly 28km you have to travel for backwater trip. They will drop at hotel. All inclusive rates. Good to see nature. Otherwise as usual.

We did the 3 hours tour with Jude, he was knowledgeable and friendly. And mentioned some interesting facts about the Kerala.

Only local guides gave good rating. All other passengers gave only one start. Looks like agency bribed local guides and made reviews

Awful company!Charged 5000 rupees for 2 hrs.Took me about 10 mins down a channel then said we couldn’t go further so we turned around to the original docking site.I asked to abort trip.Waste of time.Still charged me 1500 rupees for 12 min
