The owner guy Mr Sanil is rude. Manu and Other guys are polite and approachable. Work is only as good as the workmanship of the technicians. It can be inconsistent at times. Its just another detailing centre with a 3M branding. Dont go there with high expectations. Read all the reviews carefully before hiring them. Check out the other detailing centres in Cochin too.

This shop is easily noticeable from the road.The shop is huge and it can accommodate about 4 to 5 cars at a time. I went there to protect my car with the protection filim and so I cant give you a full review about the shop but to me the staffs were really experienced and kind.They did the work well.They even provide you with other products such as car wash shampoo,car wax,car polish liquid,microfiber towel and a lot.

I have been to this outlet on my road trips to Kerala from Chennai. Different cars on two occasions.Got an under-chassis treatment for the Innova and it’s probably the best money one can spend on any car. Living in wet and humid cities can take its toll and the under-chassis treatment keeps away corrosion for a good 3-4 years.Highly recommend the AC duct cleaning too.But most importantly, that’s where I learnt how NOT to clean a car. The abrasive nature of cheap cleaning cloths was clearly explained.One round of their cleaning made a BIG difference.Personally speaking I have not got the same experience at all the 3M showrooms, and I have been to a few.Bottom-line, when you find a guy who treats your car right, stick with him.

Great service, I went to get hard water spots removed from my front and back windshields after unsuccessfully trying some home remedies, and they were quick to solve the problem for me.

Nice Service, Reasonable rates. My car was washed properly and the application of CR70 took less time than expected. Most of the time it wont be crowded. If you het bored there is Supreme Upper Crust on the other side of road. You can spend time there or stroll around Gould Souk. Staff is friendly and will give proper advice on what all can be done.

I happen to do the undercoating inspection after 3 years and the staff was very good and they did an amazing job taking out the rust in my silencer. Service is pretty quick and cool. Will look forward to come down at 3M anytime ahead.

Irresponsible Customer Care and UnprofessionalPlease dont waste your money taking their one year service. They will never inform/ remind your next service and it may expire without your knowledge!!! I lost main service for 2 of my cars because of these. They even questioned whether we paid and I had to find out bill and payment transaction from my Bank. After our phone call, they sent a message on 26/02/2020 advising that service expired on 12/01/2020!!!!!!!!!Quality of service really I dont know. I went there because of someones reference! Dont do polish as it may damage your cars natural color. Please check with your car dealer. thanks

I have been doing my car wash and polishing with Mr.Sanil. I found the service over there is simply superb. Since Mr. Sanil himself takes care of the quality inspection after the work there standard is too high. Also he suggest us with suitable car care products since he has deep knowledge in it. Overall I found it a very nice place for car detailing.

The end to end experience here was awesome, right from the explanation of the various service and applications. I had got done my polishing with my car and it looked really shining and has a real good look.

Got a 7000 rupee synthetic wax polish done for my black Punto from this place in the month of August 19. The shine and lustre lasted for hardly two months and now white patches are coming up along the edges of body panels. Either they don’t have proper expertise or must have used a sub standard product.

Best place to clean your car.. car wash includes complete vaccum inside and proper wash outside without any water marks. Costs 500 +/- depending on ur car.. far far better than other car services which leaves water marks or round marks especially visible in black cars..

I had the worst experience with the owner.i had my car given for interior and exterior treatment.after work was done there were many complaints.When i raised my complaints the experience from owner was very bad.Dont go to this showroom.I would recommend 3m care near ambattukavu, aluva as they are newly established and if u check have good reviews and response...

The website says rodent repellent spay is available from the 3M Car Care, but when I went there the guy told me that it’s not a retail item.

I visited the place a couple weeks back, dechromed my front grille with gloss black, applied PPF on the mirrors and door cups which costs a fortune. I had issues with both in less than a week. The edges of the PPF being not so nice and the gloss black wrap has started to come off. Expect zero professionalism!!

Mr Sanil the owner is a hands on person.I took a package for my Ignis. The service standards are excellent & its value for money. The service team is excellent & very patient in their approach. Kindly call & fix appointment and go so that it makes it easy to manage time better.

Got my car underbody coating here with 5 years warranty, after 2 years 80% of it got peeled off. The 3mm warranty covers only from the showroom where we did our painting. Now Im relocated to Calicut, called kochi showroom couple of times to bring my car there. They requested me not to bring on Sunday n Saturdays which are the only holidays which I got.Not reliable one

Just a below average detailing center. Not professional like the 3M overseas. They tend to think, customers will be happy with the wax shine. Hmm it is not what detailing means. Terribly disappointed. And they even applied wax over fiber parts which have caused whitening damage. I do all this stuff better than them at home.

Went to this place as it was referred by a Premium Bike Brand to buy a 3 M product . As it was not available there i asked the one who was sitting in office regarding where i can get it. Dot that his answers was Get Out..Get Out..Get Out..If this is the you treat the customers then i have nothing to say...I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service I ever had. Very bad experience from owner Sanil. I bought 3m whole house sedment filter cost of 24,500 rs. And it gives dirty water after a month. I had one aquaguard filter in my kitchen, it gives clear water even after an year. Find some other 3M dealer if u wish 3M product.

About average, the underbody coating applied on my Innova is already peeling off within two years. This was supposed to last 5 years. Probably the application was not done correctly or the underbody was not cleaned thoroughly before application.

Always make sure to call and confirm on the availabilty of the service which you require. I had gone there four times and out of that two times their product was put of stock and two times their applicator was not available.

Expected more professionalism from the 3M branded shop. I had to visit the shop again due to minor mistakes from their side + ended up having lot of blade marks on my car after the sticker work
