Worst experienceWe approached the Kairali Ford sevice center after our car shows engine overheat warning. After their service and returning home on 25th November 2020, the vehicle shows overheat warning again and we parked the vehicle on the roadside and opened the bonnet. Theres no coolent in the coolent chamber and obviously, theres wet marks of leaking from top to bottom of the engine compartment. We called the service head who is cordial and helpful. He instructed to check where from the leak originated. At around 9 in the night, with the help of the smartphone flash, we found a leak near the EGR Valve, which is cleaned a few hours before at the service center. Its not possible to drive the vehicle and return it to the service center at this condition. We asked a cab tucking service and they refused. They said that its not their responsibility after the warranty period. If we bring the car to their Muvattupuzha Service Center they will be able to repair it because, the radiator hose is not available at their Palarivattom center. Its available at the Muvattupuzha center and we booked their service on 27th November. We parked the vehicle at a hotel parking and hire a cab to home. On 27th morning we produced the vehicle at the Muvattupuzha service center and waited for hours without any response from their service team. They told us that they give prompt attention only for vehicles serviced regularly at their center only and theres no stock availability at present for the parts. They need to order it from the Chennai unit and it took 6-7 days to arrive the spare! So we leave the vehicle at their service center and hire another cab and returned to home.Is it our responsibility to keep the spares or the company which sold the vehicle? As you know that, Ford spares are not available outside their service center. On the other hand, the service center not stocking any parts! What a dilemma the end user facing! This is the worst experience we faced in a car service facility.

Verry bad and ugly serviceirresponsible sales managers . After sales they have so many terms and conditions . In my bad time buy a ford aspire from here (raine Sales manager )smiling face in purchase time after that the team behave irresponsible. They are using year back tires and parts . kindly avoid the ford vehicles from here.

Please never give your ford vehicle here. My car had a small damage on my front bumper and I asked them to change my bumber. The next day they said me the vehicle was ready and when I went to take my vehicle I saw that the bumber was not replaced and the bumber and a part of body was painted without my knowledge. The painting was also very bad that I even had issues on the same.

My friend had a really bad experience with kairali ford, edapally. They gave a vehicle that is having oil leak, then they were reluctant to replace the vehicle or give refund. Very irresponsible people. also they delivered a vehicle that is manufactured few months back than what is being promised.
