I had a bad experience from kannur KVR branch. Customer care executive in branch was not properly providing information which made me angry. Then these people where rude . When senior manager came he provided a good and professional answer. Please train your staff in customer friendly manner as untrained staff at branch will be leaving office for better career but they may provide a bad impression of your company to others.I would have to appreciate senior manager and also toll free number staff as they provided a proper and professional grievance handling.Please keep a properly trained staff in branch office.

I am a customer of GEOJIT, I keep recieving spam mail from your team and spam messages on facebook as well. I have send an email over a month back to have it stopped, and subsequently mailed again as well, now I keep getting spammed by your sales team on facebook as well. Could you please stop sending me advertising/promotional content. My request to your customer care is not actioned for nearly 1.5 months now. I am unsure how to pass this message to your team. Kindly help me with my request.

Suddenly I started to receive emails from this company. As I never subscribed for them and I do not live in India, I asked the Customer Service to remove my email from their system. And then I asked again, and again, and again. Nothing helped. I still receive spam from this company and I do not know how to stop it. If you are planning to trade online,never select Geojit,they lag behind technology wise & they charge heavy brokerage & Amc.The percentage broking system that they still follow is just to loot the clients.Better switch to Zerodha,Upstox or Angle broking.But if you wish to trade only by visiting the branch having no idea of what you are doing & willing to buy anything they recommend,then you are in the right place.But when you get time just have a look how much extra money you are paying as broker fees compaired to trades on other leading brokerages

I have a complaint about this plat form ..At the time we are automatically logout, no alert comes that we have already logout. .when we attempt to place an order, it shows that we have bean loggedout.what a pity...Then we have to go through all the process to log in.
