Changed goal post each time.Ms Chitra Nair Regional director, head and boss of Mahantesh and Tejeshwar spoke to me for 20 minutes. Sold me New Coat cool, though I insisted that I wanted heat shield, to get warranty.Mahantesh was connected by the applicator Suresh; he says heat shield discontinued and the best solution is New coat cool. Expensive new product with zero reviews.With no heat shield material available after five days; and working with their certified applicator....agreed to new coat cool. They literally boxed me...,840 Sqft-1. One coat of prime seal - 6 litres2. Two Coats of new coat. 68 litres3. One coat of new coat - cool - 14 litresThe applicator arrived with 20l material whereas as per their web site specification 34 L was required/coat.Pushed the applicator back and finally the got the 34l material/ coat as advertised on their website. Made him apply as much I could....Ms Chitra Nair told me that unless they use the right quantity for waterproofing; company warranty cannot be provided.Now comes the bolt out of the blue:After following every website based specifications, provided; THEY HAVE DECLINED TO PROVIDE WARRANTY CERTIFICATE.NOW THEY SAY - I should have used 200l against 14 litres of new coat cool on 840 sqft of roof area.Can anyone apply 200 litres on 840 Sqft area.....Now they y don’t talk of water proofing work carried out now...Mr. Tejeshwar sends me the pdf file stating that the warranty terms after work carried out with 10 ltrs of prime seal and 68 ltrs new coat, and 14 litres of new coat cool was used and applied by their certified applicator, is NOT APPLICABLE AND NO WARRANTY CERTIFICATE CAN BE PROVIDED.Costed me 47/- sqft - 7 days and trauma...FOR GODS SAKE STAY AWAY PLEASE!

Disappointing services. We contacted them for our external wall coating. We trusted the brandname but we are cheated badly.Dr Fixit send some the details of the contractor who quoted 5 times the amount that local contractors were quoting. We were unaware of facts.Better we could have contacted to local vendors instead of going to Dr Fixit.The amount should have come under 6k but the contractor is masking for the 22k. Inaddition, to this contractor is talking in an abusive manner.
