Atmosphere was inviting & pleasant the wait to get a sim card was a bit lengthy but the service after the wait was A+... customer service agent was really helpful, assisted & informed me all the way... just be prepared to spend sometime outside before getting that kind of service..👊

Many different businesses located here but it well know as the Digicel Main office and it has there name on the building.. If you cant get your phone here it might not be anywhere else

Digicel is by far the best telecommunication network in Jamaica... I always admire their professionalism policies and dressing the part. There are tremendous opportunities there for aspiring professionals.

They need to provide some form of seating oitside for their customers. I get it about the need to ensure social distancing so there is a line outside but line moves slowly & IMO its torture for YOUR customers to be standing so long.

The wait is excessive whether you are waiting to speak with someone or having your query handled. Some of the representatives have very little patience and is rude. It seems digicel let go some of their excellent staff for these undertrained ones. Their attitudes are sour. Digicel you need to watch your staff. Lots of cameras for what?

Digicel is a company that I really appreciate very much which has qualities and imperfections. My experiences in Haiti show that La digicel is a company that sell very expensive service and internet data and the worst that eat it very very quickly by the minute Another problem that does not match very well is someone can buy Digicel Top up minutes for you abroad and then it is finished without using it, who took it? Nobody knows.Their internet service is a joke, they have a service very poor quality internet. To buy a digicel phone in Haiti this is also very expensive. Here is what I like they have standard cleanliness, all the corners of the digicel building and stores are clean and healthy even the elevators, they have built some schools in haiti, help the national selection teams, their national coverage is postively interesting, they have invested a lot in their brand name and working on the digicel is seen with a good eye because the reputation of the company is prestigious. My recommendations for the dogicel is to hire many more young people in the caribbean and especially in haiti, to open call centers remotely like Apple does for their side Apple advisors ,aside from giving a salary to their employees, they would need also give benefits,profit and discount.And it’s time also for Digicel to start providing their customers monthly payment plan option too not every hours buying minutes, and the price need to be affordable for everyone.

Very impressive building. The Digicel Store has a very captivating centerpiece, which is a circular column of flat screen televisions showing different channels. Customer Service is eager to help. Afterwards I went into the Main Building and it was a palatial space with a double height ceiling and another captivating display on the wall facing the waiting area. there is more that could be done with the space but its not a living space so i wont knock them for that. they accommodate their staff and guests well.there is an Express Fitness Gym on the compound as well as a restaurant. they are in the proximity of a lot of other food places and its very breezy as they are right on the waterfront. there is also an historical display of an arrangement of war/fort canons on the property.

They have a variety of phones to choose from.

I stood there for 4hrs in A long line, my 2 Phone was stolen, I went to had A replacement chips, and to purchase SAMSUNG A11 Phone , ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT AM ONLY LIMITED TO 2 TRANSACTIONS. AM SO DISAPPOINTED. WITH Digicel. Its A disgrace to their costumers

Top notch, the place is well secured and all covid 19 protocols are followed to the T, excellent place to work for call centre jobs and has an insane view.

Went for food at the food court. Its a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown for a few minutes before diving right back in. The view of the harbour is particularly relaxing along with the sometimes gentle breeze.

Their new head office down town on the water front is nice. Their use of solar panels in the generation of electricity is innovative and show respect to the environment. As a service provider they get low marks. Customers need more innovation and a reduction in the price for calls. They were once the best but now just like the rest.

For Azan to be expectional more needs to be done to support customers...have some really rigid and crazy policies...wide selection of home accessories and accents...prices competitive...if you need to return the item you will feel violated...and I find that Covid 19 measures are very convenient justification to be bullied as a customer...

There are a number of restaurants in the building that provide delicious meals. You can dine while enjoying the view of the Kingston Harbour.

Their customer service is very distasteful! They have no regards for people! You call them for service and they act as if your begging them something or theyre doing you a favour! If the customers dont request service from you guys, you all dont have a job!! I have to be call them for a week now just to get service, so happened that I got back the customer service representative who say she will be speaking directly to a representative of the sales department to contact me and instead of this person show some firm of empathy for not being contacted after so many times she is going give me attitude and tell me that she will have to get my details to someone else for them to deal with me and hang up.

The Digicel Jamaica building is one the most updated buildings on the Kingstons waterfront. Great architecture and first world solar and wind turbine technology to generate constant electricity for the entire building. Its really a one of a kind facility for all the different offices/companies located there. Keep it up Digicel!

A lovely building located on the Waterfront of Downtown Kingston to help jump start the areas development. Home to their corporate offices and call centre, it even has an array of solar and wind turbines to be as energy conservative as possible. With views of the waterfront as well as the city landscape that rises up to the hills of St. Andrew and St. Catherine, the rooftop, glass walled outdoor space give wonderful vistas of Kingston.

The stores customer service was great when i went in also over the phone, the office phone number listed on their details i call a total if 17 times before i got someone and the individual i spoke was rude and was just pointing me in another direction rather than try to help and even when I was saying thank you she hang up on me

Digicel office down town Kingston is an advanced building that is both environmentally friendly and advanced at the same time, like the company itself that merges advanced telecommunications with traditional community involvement and support.
