I didnt like the lady at the entrance at all. I pulled my mask down for a minute to let my breathing flow and she was behaving the most way. No way in hell, will I be walking up and down and cant pull my mask below my nose for a minute to catch my breath. Im not practicing to suffocate.Apart from that, I got some reasonable items for my money.

Need more parking space

I really enjoy going to basco but this change when on my last visit one of the sales rep kept following me and everything I touched she burdened me saying yuh ago buy that it made me feel small... Not sure if I want to go back

Spacious Isles, cashiers are normally full with customers cashing goods, will take some time to cash if youre in a hurry.

Though its in downtown and cheap its not the cheapest. They have more vairity than all the other stores downtown. They seem to look for all customers. It can be called the one-stop shop Downtown

The Bascho now is not like the Bascho then.. I was unable to find a decent kitchen knife set.. thats quite unusual.. they still have a decent selection of household items.

Customer service is always lacking. No matter how lost confused you seem, noone ever comes to my assistance, the clerks always seem to be in their own little gatherings and you have to be hunting down someone.

Service was quick and fast and the workers are quick to assist you in whatever your shopping needs may be also the place is so clean. Overall its a 5 star shopping experience even with pricing

I went there to get Cake decorations. There was none. I however like the store because of the wide arrange of items found if i had enough money i would have bought a few items.

I bought a kettle and they opened the sealed box and poured water in the kettle to test it although I have 30 days to return it for a full refund. I did not want like that. Poor quality merchandise in this store.

There was no parking. I had to park couple streets away. I walked in the sun to the store. When I got there the pleasant security who was sanitizing at the door also took my temperature and to no surprise I was hot. So I ask do I wait to cool off, because I was walking in the sun for a while he said NO, U HAVE TO LEAVE. So I asked does that mean I can not shop here, he said no u cant. So I went to AZAN at Crossroads. Thanks AZAN!

Even though it was crowded, that is typical for any Bashco store location. The assistance we were rendered was amazing and I will definitely be returning considering the store sells absolutely everything.

I always enjoy going to Bashco. The prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety of household items and if youre hungry you can even grab some snacks there. My only problem is I wish they had another store in the Half-Way-Tree area because I live closer to HWT than Downton Kingston and because of that I rarely get to go there to shop. I normally go there when I cant find what Im looking for in my area 🤷

Its was a nice experience there with all covid 19 protocols observed there an if you didnt follow them you wont be able to do your shopping inside BASHCO,the customer service was excellent and I must commend them for there service in the pandemic,thank you bashco
