Poor booking capabilities and communication skills for covid testing. If you dont mind the drive, New Baltimore is a bit more efficient. Also, I know I am easily the dozen-th person to complain about her, but old lady with glasses at pharmacy window needs to not deal with people. She has no place dealing with customers in a sensitive situation. Incredibly rude.

I have been using this pharmacy every month for years and Im so happy now that Stephanie is the pharmacist! Shes so helpful and very quick to get my meds filled. Very happy with her!

The manger is wonderful. A women with dark hair and glasses who works the pharmacy drive thru is RUDE. Went to pick up a prescription 9/18/20 at 1:13 and we pressed the button ( not seeing her) rude tone of “why would you press the button?” How she has a ring on her finger is beyond me with that attitude. Hope she’s not there long.

The people at this pharmacy (especially the old gray haired woman) are just needlessly rude. The best way I can explain it is that after a few months, youll know ahead of time when you have to go to this store that your day is about to be made worse-- never better... Always worse. This is true even when theres no conflict or disagreements. This is just how they are.

Had problems with pharmacy left me without meds for 3 days! They placed blame going to flordia for winter, when the fact is computers react to inputting information, that is people! Turned in information and over 10 days before I got meds! When I made phone call to pharmacy after 6 days they hung up on me with no return call? Had to call well Care to call pharmacy to find out it was ready? I will move to another pharmacy even though it is further away!

Clean store. Well organized to be able to locate your items. Associates from pharmacy, stocking shelves, or check out quickly ask if they can help you locate something. Very knowledgeable about items they carry.

I wanted to print two pictures from my phone. They were on my SD card. Photo lady told me I dont have a card in my phone. I said yes I do. She then said she doesnt know anything about that. I asked if she could help me get the back off. She said no.I am at Meijer across the street and he had my pictures printed in 10 minutes. I will never go to that CVS again. Snotty photo dept..

Bought some items and 2 cases 24 pack cans bud light which were on sale and a $12 rebate.Clerk said they were out of rebate forms go online So I did nothing about the rebate which I had ad in my hand checked 2 the cvs stores they didnt know anything either called cvs customer service when I finally got through operator said district rep would call he never did so I know sounds pety over 12 dollars but if your supposed to get it you should so much for cvs customer service just my 2 cents

My daughter had horrible experience today 8/25/17. Who does the day shift pharmacist think she is to treat her so badly and question her with personal questions in front of other customers shame on you. You made her feel violated. She will never come back her new monthly medicine will be filled at Meijer from now on. Her 107 dollars will go to them. She had a legal script from doctor so who are you to make her feel so bad? Obviously people out there need medicine for a reason you very ignorant woman.

Worst place for passport photo. Don’t go there. I asked cashier to scan coupon barcod ($2 off) from my phone and she asked me to print coupon and said we are not allowed to scan coupon form phone. Lolz. Homemade rules. !!
