VERY COMFORTABLE STAY AND FOOD. SERVICE WAS UPTO THE MARK. HIGHLY APPRECIATED. IT IS LOCATED VERY NEAR TO PHATA-HELIPAD ALSO.

Very scenic hotel with good amenities and friendly staff. Not very ergonomical for senior citizens as there are steep stairs to climb. Also watch out for the mosquitoes

A comfortable night halt en route to/ from Kedarnath, with good service. However its location on a busy road means one is essentially cooped up in a room as long as one is staying there.

Villa AAdhya took Extra Payment of 34000 saying they will adjust in monal resort Booking & when I reached Monal at Check Out they took 34000 extra saying that they wil refund within 2 days in october. since today I have not received the payment completele fake people in their team & the Booker Neernav holidays who got the booking done is also fake company I was supposed to Pay 153000 total but I had to pay 189000 or else they were not letting my guest check out from monal resort.Kindly update the status of refund Client name Ramesh Ji and as per the telephonic conversation of Anshul ji with Seema ji and with Neeraj Ji they said that amount will be refund with in two days or same day when this conversation start and Second things is that My client give extra amount in Villa Adhaya which seema is told that amount will adjust in Monal but still their is not any adjustment of my client amount and their is no refund to my client .So kindly update me the exact time when you will refund this extra 36000 INR because Ramesh ji threaten me again and again.Please short out this matter today as soon as possible

Very Nc view point.... Food was okay... Rooms were also okay... But u hv to hv food in a common hall that doesnt have a proper ventilation... Lots of smoke from the kitchen

We stayed here for two daysVilla are constructed as camp accomodation with clear and in obstructive view of snowy hills. The villas are good excluding small issue of not getting hot water in morning (which in that area is big issue because of cold weather) it seems that they have installed one hot water geyser for two rooms, so morning times when need of hot water is most the tourist face lot of issues.However staff is helpful , hot bucketful of water was provided after request. Food is not so good and comparitively very expansive for the quality they provide.Villas are very far from Gupt Kashi. So u are stickup in between nowhere to go but to put up in the rooms, the flooring is uncarpetted so very uncomfortable to walk in bare foot.Leaving man made irritant aside the view is spectacular, the decoration and surrounding, weather is nice and enjoyable.

Stay there is plesent and comfortable

Villa adhya is the place situated in Kedarnath velly and hired by the aviation charters and for the purpose of tourist rental rooms setting. Those people went to char dham Yatra.. can book their helecopter tickets and tack a rooms for rent.for one and two day. And after completion their devbhoomi darshan...they can leave this place.

Though property is good but I didnt like their staffs behaviour. I stayed here for a night enroute Badrinath.I had booked 2 rooms with one extra bed in one room only which I was provided with but they did not provide me a quilt and said they can only provide a blanket. I was shocked by this behaviour and immediately raised my concern and had to literally shout on the guy to get me a quilt as it was cold and raining that night, just imagine a plight, coming from the kedarnath yatra, all tired and shouting on hotel staff but later on they provided me a quilt after alot of shoutings.I was really disappointed with them and then comes a joke to which everone laughed and even hotel people laughed. I called the hotel restaurant and their guy came to my room, Upon asking about the charges for the food and he replied Rs.5000/- per pax for a buffet to which I replied dude, I have paid Rs.4000/- for one room and you are giving me an offer of food for Rs.5000/- per pax after that even he was shocked and started laughing.I did not understand his logic for the food costing. Anyways I ordered seperate order and was saved from the food of France.Anyhow good property but not in good hands, owner needs to jump in to look over the matters here.
