I bought a Kindle Oasis, Elgato HD 60s+ and an expensive 8k quality 48gbps speed hdmi cable from them. Extremely good service. Shobuj bhai from Khulna branch was so helpful and understanding of all the problems I faced during those times. I got my products within 2 days. One product was found defective so they replaced it and gave me a brand new product within another 2 days. They definitely define the pinnacle of professionalism.

For example, when my laptop screen broke, I contacted another store in Khulna. They told me it will take 15 days to fix it. But I went to Ryans they fixed it within 3 hours. I got back my laptop by afternoon. This shows the quality of their service.

And their khulna outlet has made their amazing service available to the city at last. Everything is similar to Dhaka outlets with one difference being not all the things they sell are available sometimes. There is a wait for some rather uncommon parts as those are being brought here by courier after order has been placed. But all in all still best palace to go to buy or repair PC.

Service is good. Actually very good. But selecting product from your web page most of the time I found it out of Stock. Such as 2 days ago I wanted to Buy Canon Lide-220 Scanner. But at the store there were only Canon Lide 300, Canon Lide120 , Epson Perfection V19. So I had to buy Epson Perfection V19. I am really disappointed with it. So I am requesting you to display or store variety of products.
