Improper construction and no proper road

Under construction residential premises. Poor roads. Less mobility. Electricity issues. Less nos of residents. Good for investment as second home. Near to Lowjee railway station though.

Good reviews are paid or given by the marketing people of jbd group. Worst building, Improper plaster from inside, only single drinking water tap for 39 flats. Dont buy it. Better go for any other building

Before purchasing Flat in JBD Group , Please check every flat eltrical work and visit his previous constriction work which is located At Ulwe sector 2, after that you take decision to purchase flat in khopli
