Very bad quality of service. Very bad quality of behavior of the staff. They all have notorious mood. U cant get them on phone after taking accommodation. The pictures gave in the site are as highly gorgeous as badly the service they provide. Over all value the money. Dont waste your valuable time and money by staying there.

Hotel Oishi Plaza located right side of Khatra- ranibandh road just after khatra market towards mukutmonipur road. A Hero 2 wheeler showroom is also the landmark.The 3 star hotel provides different types of AC/ Non- AC comfortable, cosy, neat & clean room. 2 / 4 wheeler parking available. Hotel owns in house kitchen & cafeteria. Hotel is upto marks, stuffs are friendly and well behaved. They appear front of you right after your call. Food is good & hygienic, some are awesome.

Bad tandoori roti... If I throw this roti on someone... He will die... All customers are waiting for 1 hour very bad service.... Biriyani taste was also bad

Breakfast puri sabji taste is good specially when you are hungry. Maharaja thali for lunch one can try due to its variety. But that thali is not definitely for a single person.

Located at Khatra. Nice hotel. The manager is a nice person. He takes good care of the customers. Unable to give fifth star cause on the last day they refused to give us bed tea.

Undoubtedly the best place to eat at Khatra. There are many city hotels and restaurants which offer lesser value for money. Staying is also the best.

Location was very good. The Lockgate and Dam was only 11 mins away. Rooms where near and clean as the property is newly built. All sorts of amenities where there. Food was a little on the pricy side but was still good quality and quantity. Overall, a good stay, will absolutely recommend.

Not good.. Quite average quality food with high price.. We ordered Biriyani and Chicken Do-Pyaza.. The Biriyani was I think made from fried rice by adding some spices and tasted bad. The Chicken was not boneless and one piece was missing.. Overall quite a bad experience. 3 Star because the ambience was good.. Otherwise 1 star is the deserved rating.

I ordered chicken butter masala at home which costs 189 including tax but the gravy and quantity was not even sufficient for one person same goes with chicken biryani. Rayta is not served at home delivery sometimes with biryani.May be the thing varies if we eat at restaurant rather than order at home.

Very Poor experience.Though for documentary hall also they took same price as delux room, No geyser was there,There wasnt any tap in the bathroom had to take water from basin through pipe.No complementary breakfast or tea was there.

One of the worst restaurant, I have ever visited. I had to wait for more than an hour. Customers that had come later, were served earlier. They do not respect coustomers. My personal suggestion do not visit, if you want to save time and money and do not want to spoil your mood.

Recommended for not to visitHere service is very poor today since morning there is no reception all mobile number are not available. Ever we are not getting drinking water.Last night we order food in 9pm and we got the food on 11.30 pm.This is a worst hotel service.

Lodging, marriage halls are good bt food should be improve

Food is good, but they dont know the difference between butter chicken, kadhai chicken and kosha mangsho.. All Chicken dishes will taste more or less similar. So is the case for paneer amd mutton. Dont expect superb taste, but expect decent and tasty generic food. The place is well organised and decently designed. Clean and very good behaviour of staffs.
