Its an small and convenient shop for all kinds of clothes for all age groups and gender. It provide you variety of clothes for any occasion but sometimes I feel they give average quality of clothes at more than reasonable price but overall its an good option to buy clothes. This mall has mens and womens section separate, so you can say its an convenient shopping mall and it also saves your time. Here you can also get deodorants, perfumes, belts and the main part is clothing here. So just go and try once, I think you will also find it good.

I am very disappointed after shopping v2store. very bad shoping experience in my life.I am visit exchange my jacket 1 days after but staff members and manager not proper getting better response and not clear my problem.and also shopping after not getting me any sms v2store my last shopping 6900 rs . I am asking why not receive me bill my mobile. Manager told me company owner not allow by mobile any purchasing shopping bill. this is worth bad experience in my life . I am deciding this time i never visit in my life in any V2 store 😤

Dear ConcernsI got a pair of cloth which was gifted by my husband and he already mentioned them that this is a gift and I dont want to present this with a bill and also ask that is it ok if there will be any problem like size ,colour or pattern and she want to exchange later . The staff replied no issues sir just dont remove the tag and we will exchanged it.But after 3 days I came back all the way from 145 km to exchange the product the store manager Mr. Uma Shankar Oli denied to get the product exchange due to over time. It was around 4:20 that time and we were not aware that there is a time boundation to exchange the product.Now my question is :-(1) How can you put time boundation in dockdown period where every brands is lenient at this crucial time.(2) how can your staff at the customer service counter hold you for Half an hour and after that she replies we cant share the customer care email Id.(3) what are the basics information you tell to your staff about customer service where they even dont know their email IDs. Even your store manager was unable to provide email Id and adviced me to search it over Google.(4)what do you understand by basic etiquettes and customer greetings.how can you send a customer to the store manager from ground level to first floor just to take permission to exchange the product.(5) Why didnt you have mentioned your customer care email id where you mentioned your policies.Instead of knowing that from today onwards the LOCKDOWN is going to be started and Mr Uma Shankar Oli advised me to come back again. Seems not he but I m bothering his work/timeI have a lot to write but hope this is enough to open your eyes.Companies are spending money to attract customers but only V2 retail has a courage to misbehave with them and it seems you are having a large no of customers and getting good business from that store.Now I am expecting a revert mail with solution kindly reply me as soon as possible as LOCKDOWN is going to be started again here from today onwards..
