I dont recommend to buy maestro edge bs6 model . Worst engine performance requires oil change after every 1000 km . Battery has to be changed within 8 months only .Gives only 35-40 Kmpl mileage . Slow acceleration and engine vibration. Very disappointed with the service staff. Slow and poor work . Waste of money and time in this scooter .
Worst experience withe hero pleasure purchased 3 momths back. Got battery problem within 2 months and visited at hero agency where they denied to replace battery instead of just checking/fixing it.
It’s the worst place for servicing your bike,even I didn’t recommend anyone to vist that place because the staff would never be helpful. I bought a bike for my father in 2017 and after 6 month it got the spark plug issue, even from last 3year these guys can’t fix a single issue then what about other major issues ??? .Everytime,it blows the plug we need to tow it. So we can’t use this vehicle anymore.Lastly, i just want to know from the owner, manager or from the sales team that “did we spent 70000 for a bike lay eggs” by just sitting at home 🏡.
Worst dealing with customers i have ever seen in any automobiles agency..Here i am going to explain my problem regarding my hero Splendor motor bike of model 2017. It have problem of starting and fuel consumption and on every gap of 5 days it have spark plug blown out problem. Whenever we discussed it with the manager of Lahoria motors they ask us to reslove the problem everytime but still problem is continued..And now they are saying that the problem which are occuring in your bike can not be fixed...so i request all of the customers to file a complain against Lahoria motors Manager and staff to the company..so that problem will be solved in accordance. I request the ageny owner that if you are unable to afford the good and experienced mechanics then you should only focus on sales rather then service..Thanking you

Staff really not comfortable in English..today I called shows and ask about bike range in English they cut my call 2 time..You have to educate them atleast they didnt cut call.
