All items were so fresh and nicely prepared. I really loved the perfect sitting arrangements and staff coordination, even when it was crowded. Theyve managed it so neatly. Cant wait to go again. My favourite KFC outlet 😋

As per visiton 23/2/2021. I was completely unsatisfied with staff behavior, with in few sec they called me n burger was cold , I ask to heat it, the attendant was like ( patty is hot ) , after asking for 2 tym , she went to heat it up. Now taste was also pathetic patty was not good in taste , it was a veg classic meal burger with cheese . Near about 184 rs , mood spoiler , m not visiting them again.

The experience was not good, bought a dips bucket in which they gave the same dip twice out of three without even asking dor customers opinion. Moreover even on asking for special chicken pieces, was given small fleshless pieces.

Fast delivery is given here. Staff is also behaving very good. Drive through facility is also here and very fast delivery in this also. Parking area is also very spacing. Burger of this KFC is very yummy. This KFC is exist on main road nearby NCM mall and sunny enclave.

Well suitable place for sitting and most of all they provide water for drinking even if you dont want to buy anything.Parking problem is there at nearby.And drive through takes a lot of time so its better go for take away order.

Actually I noticed its I think 4th time. I ordered 8pc chicken with hot crispy. But he packed 3-4 old storage chicken to me. This is main road Sunny enclave turn KFC. It was Sunday and they were not allowing any dine in due to Covid restrictions. so bad experience as we had to eat in our car.

Well its KFC the food is standard but I would like to point out that we were served a veg Burger which wast at up to the mark they immediately replaced it with what was expected. The staff seemed very courteous and so is the manager. Its always a good place to pick chicks fried ones at that!!!

Not a very good outlet in terms of cleanliness and services. Moreover KFC chickens quality is very down now in terms of freshness in chicken. Beggars are roaming around near the outlet. Will keep on chasing you till you sit and start the car.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered tonight and the order reached at my place in the worst imaginable condition. Check attached images for more. The burger wrap was open and half of the patty was later found in the bag. I ordered for 2 Zinger boxes which comes with a cold drink can and Choco pie. The delivery guy game me one can and when I asked he said he will bring another can and the missing Choco pie but hasnt returned.Id like to express just one thing, the Indian vendors just cant keep up with the brand and they ruin their name by these stupid mistakes.@KFC you better keep a watch on your vendors to keep your brand name it deserve. Try to provide same experience as you do in other developed countries.

So I finally went to KFC yesterday. And it was worth it!So I ordered aVeg zinger with regular fries and a regular cokeNon veg Burger with regular fries and regular coke5 in 1 meal box (non veg)- So the veg burger was the most tastiest I had ever had. I would prefer KFC over other established outlets for burgers for sure . The inside was crisp, cheesy and so filling . However the quantity of fries is not much , but with that burger you cannot complain .

Very poor order handling. Wait till me commited was 5 minutes but they took 20 minutes. Still the order was not there and lately the restaurant manager behaved casual with no apologies. I spoke to Nitish the restaurant manager and he was to casual in addressing the concern. Than I asked him to speak to the operation manager Sandeep kohad. An apology was given but I asked for compensation for the delay and it took the restaurant manager Nitish 1 hour and he was bonkers with no knowledge as what is happening.
