I wish to rate a big zero but no option for this hence 1 star, less salary, extra shift without over time, worst management, I had an accident so I informed my Team Lead Sweety (Advantage One process) about same she asked me to do video call and show her how and where I got injured, when I told her that I need to remove my cloths to show you she replied call another male team leader and show him, so basically they asked me to remove my cloths on video call hence I absconded from this company.Most worst experience of my life, I have 6 years of experience never ever seen such company.

This company is Completely fraud now its more than 2 months they are not giving my salary after quitting job and no one is helping regarding this concern Fraud Employees of this company. Completely fraud company, they are not giving salary of near about 12 to 15 peoples after quitting job on probation period, and no one is helping regarding this concern Fraud Employees of this company like HR SAMTA is not responding calls, my reporting manager Rajesh Nair and Rinku sarkar is also not helping regarding this concern.And in this company they treat employees like slave please dont join this Fraud company.

This organization posting job ad every month for different positions on job portal and LinkedIn. Hr department dont bother to respond candidates about their application. Company should take recruitment process seriously and they require good Hr.

Its really very bad company... They are firing people by accusing them in Covid time and Managers and TLs are too bad they dont speak properly with girls and they are not even supportive... They treat like a slave...

But, Less payment is a big Concern.Its a business process outsourcing services company.Taking A lot more time for interview and very far from home almost i spent 1 hours to reach we all waiting hour and hour for the interview process and lastly they offers 4500

Nothing good about this company, employees are asked to do extra hours without extra pay, TLs, managers do not no decision making power, full on blame game happens, if you are a genuine, hardworking person, looking to progress, than this is not a good company, as operations do not have respect its employees.. TLs are expected to be there in the office 24/7, data entry employees are literally treated as slaves, they are paid very less, forced to work extra... My suggestion to job seekers If you are looking for a job, search for a job where you give 8 hours and you have time for family as well, do not accept slavery.

Environment on operarional floors is very bad specailly of Tls and managers. They expect you to work extra without expecting extra sallary...even they dont grant you leaves. Politics level is very high....they pay attention to only few people who are close to them.. Rest are just nothing 😏 ill not suggest this company to even to my enemy 🙏

The worst place to work. With the worst management team in all the MNC. If you are ready to work for 12hrs with the least possible salary in a MNC you are looking for the the right company. Talking about growth its a joke in this company as I have worked here for about 15 Months and the raise I have got is Rs 150 in my salary. So if you want a salary of 30000 in a MNC you can work here for 50 years to get that.
