Service is good but expensive. He took 10 rupees for an envelope which costs 2/- out side.

I havent seen such a irresponsible courier facility office. If DTDC wont stop continuing business with this dealer there may be a bit lose in their business in Khammam. Very very poor service from the staff here. And the charges are very very high than the actual. Staff dont care about the customers items.
