I called and called the technician. We arrived without warning. Well, ok, the service is at 0, its already clear. And then he says to me - push it, I need to verify the number. She, for a minute, 80 kg. I say I will not (my child is 2 months old, I cannot put it down + I after the operation, my husband before the spine operation). The man got dressed, said - how to get it out - call ... before that, the technician pushed it back 5 times, the technician installed it himself. Why should customers move? Why arent they warned about it?The complaint was answered that according to the consumer protection law, I must move the washing machine myself. For some reason they did not say which article it was.Never again will I use the services of this store or buy equipment.I am extremely disappointed with this attitude towards my customer.
