Having their broadband service from 3 years. Whenever encountered any issue the team would arrive within hours and resolve it. Super constant speed and really good service in my building.

I have been using this Joister since last 2 yrs.Due to pandemic situation the usage due to WFH is been increased and on daily basis I am facing lot of disconnect issue and almost everyday I am raising a request to Joister.Without even checking with user the tickets are marking as resolved. No phone calls from customer care.Whenever you try to reach the customer care with existing user option it goes on hold but when you try with new connection option then immediately customer care rep is available at your service with very poor network quality on their side.I tried to get in touch with local support and everyday whenever I call him, he gives me the same reason the fiber cable cut issue. How is that even possible that you are replacing your cable almost everyday.Such a pathetic service and even after mentioning to local support person hundreds of times he never calls back whenever issue gets resolved.Such a bad service you have, very bad support team specially in my area !!!!!It is better to switch to another service provider rather than Joister

Im giving them 1 star rating because I cant give negative. Their internet disrupts every other week. Their customer support service is the worst!! Lets not even call it a service. Please dont buy plans from Joister else you will regret it like I did. They dont care if youre facing issues with internet connectivity. They just make you buy their plans and forget about connectivity. Ive never experienced a customer support worse than them. Most terrible experience, will file for refund.

I strongly recommend plzz do not use this wifi service they are not providing proper speed.Suppose we took a plan 20mbps they provide a speed 5 mbps

Joister deserve a one star rating because google doesnt allow in negative. The only lucrative thing about joister are their prices but when you happen to deal with their people and the service things starts to change.No internet is better than irregular internet that constantly disconnects. If you are using joister because it is cheap, you will end up paying the difference amount for your mobile data pack because only your mobile hotspot can save you and your work.I use to love joister for their plans but now the issues are getting worse and worse instead of getting better.Think twice or even thrice and after that also dont buy it

Please dont fall for their offers like I did. They have pathetic service and most of the time they have backend issues. Almost every weekend I am calling them to fix it and they take 3-4 days to even look at the issue.

There is no option for negative marking i will suggest google to start one ..this company deserve that
