Internet service frequently disconnects. on calling the owner or customer care, they talk rudely with us and dont solve the problem. Takes days to fix the internet connection. They dont listen to feedback and argue instead of solving the problem

Pathetic customer service. The internet goes down every now and then. On calling, the owner / service people dont pick up the call half of the time, and on other times, they talk rudely. Never solve the problem and dont do any follow up. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I wish there was a option to give negative points to them.
