Khadavli is best place to go its next to titwala stn and there is a river popular by name kadavli river usually people go to titwala for Ganpati darsan and after that the go to thos river for fun. In khadavli there a mandir of Vaishno maata which is very good and also surrounding is clean for devotess. railway stn is very old and need to be redeloved. rest the city is developing as per time

Nice place, river flows through.

Cleanliness is a big question here. People who come here for picnic do not follow proper cleanliness practice..there were no dust bins.Also the old broken bridge is still in the middle of the river...people often are seen sitting on this bridge which is very dangerous and can be fatal during monsoon.

Nice station and there is a river which is just 10 to 15 minutes away from station..

Khadavli is a railway station on the Central line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. Titwala is the previous stop and Vasind is the next stop.

River side is very beautiful place where passengers travelling over the bridge take a stop at least a 5-10 minuts. Good place for nature lover. Its hardly 5 minuts walking distance from Khadawali railway station.At the river bank many people take holy bath. River bed is not so deep at bank side.

Best Place I have visited ever. Nice management which take care of all the old age people in the vriddhashram with around 120 peoples.The schedule in the vriddhashram is as follows:Morning exercise from 6 30 am to 7 30 .Tea time at 7 45 am followed by breakfast between 8 to 9 am. Then lunch from 11 45 to 12 45 pm. (Proper care is taken of diet for the aged).1 pm to 4 pm is resting time and then tea and snacks at 4 30 pm.Aged ones which cannot come to common area (sabhagruha) are served at the beds.After snacks some watch TV, some listen songs, some read books and dinner is offered between 7 pm to 8 pm.Special cottages are arranged for couples. Dispensary or Clinic and a Ambulance is available for any health related problems along with laundry.Rooms are also available for relatives if they want to stay in the old age home and spend good time.They also make woollen products like dolls, scarf and sweaters.At last I would say its a must visit place for social service and one more thing dont forget your parents and stay with them always.

Yesterday i and my group visited river khadvali as for having bathe in river in this Parshottam month ( as per hinduism it is good to have bathe in any river in this month )....its very worst experience...... very very dirty river.....it stinks too much that we can not even stand near to river...how people bathe in river i wonder....all tempos rickshwa wala wash their vehicles....local people wash clothes in river.....making river water very dirty.....no toilet facilities...so people urinate near river only......small huts are created by local people fr changing clothes..but that in too much of rent... .people take snacks lunch and throw garbage all plastics near river only......i advise people better to have bathe in rain but never to go khadvali river as its dangerous for our health....

Khadavli is the beautifully place. There have 4 nice play near to khadavli station where you can visit: Bhatsa River, Swami Samarth Temple, Matoshri Rudhashram and Sunder Van. Its a beauty of nature.

Do not bath here..due to lot of toxic element is released in river.and sewage pipe are diverted to river.This may cause lot of eching and skin irrigation on body.so be awar of coming here.
