First time visiting this store. Walked in and all the workers we crossed path were friendly and helpful. Came in for the self dog wash and I loved it. The lady working their was very helpful and stayed 20-30 minutes after 7. I didn’t know the dog wash closed an hour early. But she was willing to wait. The dog wash has everything you need. I brought my 2 furry dogs here and it won’t be the last of seeing us. Thank you Reber Ranch.

I inherited a rabbit. I knew NOTHING about rabbits. I now know enough to give the rabbit a loving home. All because they have such a wonderful store. Posting a few pictures that may help new BUNNY DADDIES like me. Good luck! Dont underestimate them!

We got six baby chicks and a good size bag of chick grit plus a dog toy for under 50 bucks! Their chicks are adorable and healthy and they had a dozen or so different breeds to choose from. I would rather go to reber ranch then coastal any day

I am very pleased with how well the staff handled our dog who can be over the top anxious. She didnt really bark that much and actually wanted to follow the vet back into the tech room! Dr. Gardner was just an angel with our girl! I havent ever seen our dog that ease in a vets office ever! Thank you so much Dr. Gardner!

I showed up with my cat for a appointment that I made for 10/21. The person checking me in told me that my appointment is scheduled for 10/22 rather than 10/21. I made the appointment on the Pet Desk app specifically asking for 10/21 as an option and even got an appointment confirmation for 10/21 on the app. The employee told me that this sometimes happens with appointments made on the app and that there’s nothing they can do to prevent this. The earliest they could reschedule me is a month out. It was disappointing and unacceptable to be turned away for an appointment especially since it was due to a mistake on their part. I wasted my time prepping my cat for this exam and put my cat under the stress of transporting them there all for nothing. I haven’t had issues with this place in the past, but I’m very hesitant to come back here given their terrible customer service.

I have not gone in to the store. I go there for the dog park. It is clean and well stocked with toys and plastic bag for picking up jewels. Having 2 areas is great in case too excited dogs are in the main area.

Groomers are great, staff is friendly, and cost is affordable. Scheduling can be very far out sometimes but I’d rather take my Malamute to Reber than anywhere else.

First time at Pet Central. Our groomer Caylie, whom we have followed to three different places now, just started here recently and this place is really nice, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend it. Caylie is the best, my boys just love her and she does an amazing job. Would not take them to anyone else. Thanks Caylie!

Vet turned me away for an appointment today that I built my entire day’s schedule around because I accidentally went to their main location instead of the pet central which is literally less than 5 min away from the main one. Mind you I had to schedule my day around it mostly because I can’t get an appointment within a month of the time I need it. Main location said no problem we will tell them you’re on the way. Went to pet central location and Waited for 7 min at that desk behind 1 person discussing scheduling an appointment for their pet with the 1 person at the check in desk. Then it was my turn and they said sorry you are now too late since it was 15 min late after my original appointment. The front desk called back to the vet and she clearly didn’t want to accommodate. So I guess no one called and told them from the main branch I was coming like they said they would and I guess the 7 min waiting at your check in counter behind someone else was my fault too? Bottom line I told them never mind I’d be finding a new vet. So I will not be going back for either their vet or their grooming services. It was a shocking level of bad service. Embarrassing honestly. I get people and places are busy right now but that doesn’t excuse indifference and an overall dismissive attitude and showing zero empathy or flexibility at all. We’ve had all of our vet and grooming services here for the last couple years and we will be ending all of it immediately. We value a vet/groomer that cares about the people and the pets and is not just pumping through as many clients as possible. Clearly their values don’t align with ours.

Reber has a good one stop shop for pet supplies and services. They carry quality hay and horse feed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their pet food prices are a tad high though.

Our doggies love it here. Not I only do they professionally handle your pets needs, they give them lots of love to make them more comfortable. Super helpful friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

I came in some time ago and had trouble leaving a review. Finally my phone situation is solved! Thank you to the friendly staff and thank you to this company for hiring amazing people. “Jasmine” was the lady that helped me and boy o boy I was blown away with all of her wisdom into chickens. One of my daughters chickens died randomly and she helped me understand why possibly. Her humor through out the conversation really helped my 13yr old to not be so bummed out about the situation also. Keep up the good work (:

We found our new groomers! When faced with having to find a new groomer after using the same one very happily for 20+ years we discovered that grooming salons vary greatly. We couldnt be happier with the grooming that both Grady and Ronan received at Reber Ranch Grooming. I could tell at the hand off from their reaction to the groomers that they werent concerned and when I picked them up they were beautiful and relaxed. Desiree and Shannon definitely know how to groom rough collies. Thanks!

The first groomer receptionist I encountered today at noon was very kind. Once she left the new receptionist was impatient, short, and rude. We understood the circumstances but believe the customer service could have gone a whole lot nicer with the second receptionist. We chose to go with a different groomer.

When I was a little girl, my grandmother Maxine would take us every Sunday after Sunday school. It was one of mine and my sisters favorite things to do. Now I bring my children there. And they get to make memories just like my sister and I did. Thank you all for keeping the ranch going all these years.

Love how this is a one stop all for my pups!! They LOVE the dog park that is right out front. So many options of what they offer: retail, vet services, grooming, DIY grooming and they supply the grooming supplies. Wonderful place. Very welcoming and homey.

Wow what happened to this place. This used to be a go to spot for myself and so many people in our Washington horse community. Not only have they taken away almost all equine merchandise, everything in that store was limited and over priced. The hay and alfalfa is ridiculous and everything they did have was extremely marked up above any other competitor in our area. They dont even carry a good selection of grain. No triple crown products. All dog food was over priced as well. There are so many people that used to benefit from their selection of merchandise and good quality products for a reasonable price. What a shame to find the rumors of the decline true.

Only one visit so far, but I trust these people. The staff was accomidating, professional and friendly. The doctor was throughly knowledgeable and spent the time to explain every part of his thinking and help me understand what we had to do for treatment. Prices were fair, even compared to places Ive lived with lower cost of living, and even though there was a slight mistake and they charged me for the wrong antibiotics, they caught it within a day and called me to arrange a refund for the difference. Definitely my new primary vet.The one drawback was appointments were booked quite a while out. However they noted that my pet was likely higher risk and when someone canceled, they gave me a call and got me in within just a few days of my first call. With how hard it has been to get an appointment with any vet during the pandemic, this is probably the best I could hope for.To to bottom love this place, very happy with the care theyve shown so far.

Im reviewing the dog park... Its a dog run with fake grass. There was a family of not so brights eating chic-fil-a with dogs around so you can guess how that went! How dumb do you have to be? They were moving back to Idaho so theres that. Its great if youre shopping there but the run itself isnt a destination. To be fair I didnt go inside the store.

Lilly & Bentley just got out of their dog spa day (aka the groomers!) Liz did an amazing job! ❤️🐾 The facility was clean, very professional and so reasonably priced! So excited to come back! We have been looking for a groomer who we can trust our dogs with, and our basset hound and corgi have found their grooming family! The entire staff is so warm and loving! Highly recommend!

Reber Ranch has provided such excellent service and care that Im still driving out to Kent for my dogs appointments despite living 40 minutes away now. Their wellness plans are great for pets that need multiple appointments and more care in a year but cant get pet insurance due to pre-existing conditions. Knowing I had my dogs dental cleaning paid for ahead of time made it less of a hassle getting it scheduled.I also really love that they use the PetDesk app for scheduling and appointment reminders.

They have always had what I have needed for my cat and livestock. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. They also sell bird and backyard wildlife food and they do propane take exchanges and refills.

We have a big 109 lb. Golden retriever Aussie mix and he had an accident at the vets office. Hes too big to wash at home and it was way too coldReber Ranch has great hours, even on Sundays. You really cannot beat the deal here. Warm water plenty of towels. Lots of treats and toys readily available for purchase as well. All shampoos are included in the wash fee. We will be bathing Wilson here from now on. He was happy and comfortable. Thank you Reber Ranch.

Do not ever bother with this place. Their grooming salon charges an arm and a leg. To top it off they do only an average job at best. Then they cancel your appointment on you the morning of after a 2 week wait and then want you to wait another two weeks to get an appointment. I will also no longer shop at either of their locations for anything as I do not wish to support such an epic failure of a business.

Reber Ranch has SO much to offer. I’ve photographed a client who boarded her horse there and the facility is so gorgeous. The photos turned out amazing thanks to the beautiful natural backdrop that the grounds has to offer.

Gem of a pet shop. I found this place by accident but ended up feeling like it was on purpose. They seem to have everything even a long run for big dogs and a little run from little dogs.

Our favorite pet store. Dog friendly and knowledgeable staff. Solid source for large animal feed and gear - but also a great selection of smaller animal (e.g., dogs, cats, rabbits, birds) toys and food. The bulk peanut butter treats are some of our dogs favorites - they will do anything for them. Smell just like fresh peanut butter cookies - but havent been brave enough to try one myself.

My wife and I visited Reber Ranch to buy some dog food for our newly diagnosed EPI German Shepherd. We were Emailed a prescription for the specialized Prescription dog food as we recently moved about an hour from our long time Veterinarian.I called Petsmart and was informed that they had the product and would sell it to us with proof of prescription. They were about 40 minutes away. Reber Ranch was considerably closer and we stopped in just to see if they had the product. An employee at the register confirmed that they had both of the dog food products on the prescription but that unless the prescription came from their onsite veterinarian we couldnt buy the food. The employee actually went so far as to assert that it was ILLEGAL for them to sell us a prescription dog food, even with a prescription for that food, if it didnt come from the veterinarian at their business.If you are reading this review, let me spell this out for you...My German Shepherd was losing weight and having diarrhea.My German Shepherd was taken to her lifelong (3 yrs) VetMy German Shepherd was tested for Parasites, blood disorders, and EPI. ($750)My German shepherd was diagnosed with gray area EPIMy German Shepherd was given a prescription for a specialized dog food from Purina or Hills Science Diet as well as an enzyme.We moved shortly after this process and ran out of the prescription food. We tried a high end, non prescription, substitute. Diarrhea and vomiting ensued.Our Veterinarian emailed us a prescription so that we could buy some dog food locally and get our German Shepherd back on track.Thank you Reber Ranch for nothing! (Unless I was willing to make an appointment with your onsite vet, pay a visit fee, and repeat a seriously expensive test?)Thank you Petsmart for providing for my dog!The footnote here is that there is nothing illegal about selling me a dog food that I have a prescription for. There is something unethical about this type of extortion though...

I am absolutely thankful for the amazing quality service and kindness offered from Reber Ranch! My two miniature schnauzers saw Rebers vet staff and grooming staff for the past four or five years of their lives and we couldnt have asked for a better place.We had switched from one of the big box pet stores as the service seemed impersonal and the vets seemed to be treating symptoms and not the cause of one of our dogs frequent ear infections. One visit to Reber and the problem was pretty much gone! From then on - we knew Reber was the place for us!The vet staff and grooming staff are amazing people and incredibly kind. We are truly thankful for how everyone treated our fur babies during their golden years, especially with their building medical conditions, and the kindness extended to us after we made the extremely difficult decision for each of our dogs when it was time for them to rest. We will continue to recommend Reber Ranch to anyone and everyone and will be returning if and when we decide to add a new member to our family.

The staff has a high turnover rate and their customer service skills are lacking. All they want is your money for more tests. Dont use these people. All the good doctors quit.

A good dog park with an amazing selection of peg foods/toys/equipment. As well as a vet and a dog wash. Its nice to have them all in one place. Also, I have nothing but good things to say about the employees.Earlier this summer our dog played a little to hard at the park. When I brought him into the store to buy dog food he laid down on the floor and would not get up. The employees noticed what was happening and asked me if he was okay and I replied that he wasnt. They helped me take him over to the dog wash and cool him down. They stayed with us for a few minutes and answered a few questions I had about dog exhaustion as they got his paws and belly were with cold water.They were so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend.them to anyone.

We brought our cat in for a quick check up and could tell they really love animals. They have curbside pick up, which we were a little concerned about, but their obvious care, enthusiasm and follow up set us at complete ease. Thank you, Reber Ranch Vets!

The dry kibble food, frozen food, canned dog food, treat toppers, drydeated food. Lots of treats and toys. On-site vet and grooming or a DIY wash. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lines are never long and all the staff love the dog customers as much as the human ones. Join the loyalty program for savings and specials.

Came here to use the self service dog wash. Awesome staff all around! They were very helpful getting me started with the wash and also at the checkout. The facilities were extremely clean. They had wash stations for small and large dogs. I have a elderly chocolate lab, and found a station that was the perfect height and size for her. The even gave me a complimentary bag of treats!

An awesome location for pet services! There are many services for any pet, but especially for dogs. They have a dog playground and do it yourself dog bath facilities. Reber Ranch also provides on-site veterinary clinics as well as pet supplies.
