Even without contacting to my number they just updated my location is inaccessible , so irresponsible . If anybody knows their contact number please share .

Blue dart is one of the best service provider i have interacted when i was in Bangalore and its extremely opposite here in Kerala, especially from the Kayamkulam office. I ordered twice from PAYTM and unfortunately my order was send via Blue dart. First time i was not even contacted(not sure if they even tried to deliver) and my package was returned. I assumed this to be a one off issue. I placed another order and its the same issue again. Same deliver boy and same excuses, its showing in the app as delivery attempted and no calls or attempts made. I tried calling the delivery agent (Shyam Benny)and the response was surprising. He was telling me he doesnt have any commitment for Bluedart orders, it was my responsibity to call and check with the office regularly for the delivery. This was the same delivery boy who returned my previous order also. I suggest blue dart to take necessary actions on such franchisees and delivery boys or else your reputation will be at stake.

Very pathetic ...they didnt even tried calling me to deliver the product!!! They just updated that my location is unaccessible/cant be located!!! Worst service Ive ever encountered!

Good but critical delivery services cant be relied upon.

This is not a main hub. The courier will be transferred to Maverick and then only it is properly packed.

Very poor service..they will call only once to the customer number.of we cannot pick call they are very enthusiastic in returning the product asap..
