Great, the service center is good and it will take much time to get our car for services

I have bought a new i10 from SS Hyundai Kayamkulam showroom. Final price was exactly as negotiated and no more last minutes add on as others do. Really trust worthy. The sales executive Miss Veena helped us by making the process easy and quick. The follow-up is also good till now. We are looking forward for their future support also.

Very very poor. They will not rectify the complaints that we register instead they will do and change the parts that they like for looting the money and they will not show or give the changed spare parts. Moreover we have search another workshop after service from SS hundai kareelakulangara since some working parts will be damaged after service in my case the music system and boot space lamp not working after the service... Go for any other local good workshops to keep the vehicle in good conditions and our satisfaction.. Mentioned from my own experience

Worst service. They dont care the vehicle and also offer zero value to the customer’s time and patience. I gave my car for the second service and it was returned in a bad condition. The beige coloured seats and door panels were stained with dirt and grease. The inner side of the windshield glass also had the same issue and I had a hard time driving back at night. The car was not even washed and drained properly. There was a bad odour in the interior. On removing the mats, I noticed that the floor was soaked in water. I had to take my car to a local guy to fix these issues. I wonder what non-sense is done in the name of service.

One of the worst Service. They gave slot for different customers at same day, which is incompatible for the service station they have. I had 3 services for my vehicle and they were not punctual and charged extra money for unwanted purposes. Totally happy with my vehicle but service at SS, Kayamkulam is awful. If you have any other option in front of you. Go for the other one.

Service is very very poor. They have not done anything In my first service of grand i10. Very bad experience.On the time of pick up they told they will do this and that , when i got after servicing, nothing is done.

Took a Hyundai Venue Sx from here. The staff is really friendly and used to attend all our calls whenever we required clarifications regarding the vehicle. All processes including RTO and number plate was completed and the car was delivered on time

I just went to kareelakulangara service center. I called multiple times and they told me that they will call me back, but they didnt called. I went to the showroom directly and told my problem and they asked me my all details and contact information and then they told we dont have the part now, will only get this after 15 days. IS this a service center or data collection center. Very pathetic.
