Bad customer experience everThey did not know how to treat a customerThey not to able to solve problems.But they know how to get money in custemers.Never go the shop.

Worst shop all over kattapana. Shopkeper has no manners how to deal with his customers very rude behavior he work in a electronic shop but his attitude is like he is indian president. only one time i visited this show that one yime was enough for me. I decided if i will not get any electronics in kattapana then i may go to another city but never step foot in front of this shop.

Pathetic service. Products quality is very cheap

I replaced one set top box, i think choose another product, but not get and not refund ₹350, tayolikalll

Good shop where you will get normal electronic equipments and spares.

Spare parts are available but they have the worst attitude, the owner behaves as if he is the one who invented electrons, once you pay the amount you have to forget the amount, there is no option for replacement or refund, more over, parts are of low quality and too costly

Very poor,The bat was bought for Rs 430.The price was increased when asked to give the best.The same company bat is available for less than Rs 200 in outdoor shops (known after purchase).Debtors want a program that exploits customers.The fault is on my side too. (Bill was not purchased)Lesson learned- Be sure to buy the bill no matter what small item you buy.
