I replaced my HP laptop top battery, the battery was not good but in 4 days they give me a new one and is working good, even I purchased s Canon Pixma printer as well the staffs are very supportive and professional. Thanks

I had given my Laptop for service to CP and they did it very professional way. I had approached many other shops in Kattapana and they couldnt do it, also wasted my time simply keeping my Laptop days together at their office. I strongly recommend computer point who want to get your stuff repaired professionally.

Idiots doesnt know to repair a printer and identify the problem. Will not recommend anyone to go there.

Idots dont even know how to repair a hard disk and has named their shop as a computer services center . The staffs are bad but the owner is a good person thats why i give 3 star. Staffs only know how to install windows and other software not to repair hard disk or identify its problem.

Cant consider as a laptop store , available models are limited and dont have latest models. Staffs are not so cooperative if u are going to buy a laptop not a good option. The only reason Im giving three star is they are the only one offer exchange service for laptop (all time) in Kattappana but the available models that we can choose (the worst collection in Kattappana) are disappointing.

Not a good experience from here.. bought a laptop from here 2 years back... Shows a complaint with the mouse touch pad from the date of purchase onwards.. told them multiple times about the problem and it was not resolved.. I have to travel 40kms each time to reach there and they tells me its resolved and the complaint is not showing now.. and when I check it after going home . It shows the same prblm.. Total disappointment..
