Water shortage always hit in summer bcs dependency on municipal water supplies.public environment is not good enough to live.

In Shubham water part everything is vary enjoyable like others. Its kind of short waterpark but I think thats good enough for kids. Restorent is available there so you dont have any problems for cold drinks, fast food , ice cream and other things.Atmosphere here is very nice here which I think can be their USP.Its a good place for going with your friends.

I enjoyed every ride in the water park,I loved the rocket ride most.the park is appropriately managed and all the areas in the park were clean.there are lots of rides &too much fun over there, must visit in summer time,I have spent best time with my family.explore the tidal wave , crowd in pool was decent.there are many different fun facilities to explore

With on and off services still a decent place to spend your day-off

These are total 12 building all is good here now but in any building no lift not proper security and the cleaning is very poor...Flats are good for family and bachelors...

This area is near uttam nagar in cidco but not safe for live here but u will get too manu thing easily like food and other stuff for living happily school and collages are near on this area this is famous area and middle in the city near shopping centre and national highway are too close and other thing is u will get easily Bus auto and other travelling option but most crime area is also famous not safe for girls in night time after 10 pm police station to shubham park is minimum 3kM too many peoples lives here this area is clean
