Everything was wrong with my order. Made an online order for the cake at Katpady outlet and on the day of delivery the guy in the store refuses to deliver the order. The email sent from bake studio also was a wrong outlet number. The name on the cake also was wrongly written. Above all these when asked if they can change the name on the cake, the person in the outlet behaved very rudely. But the guy on the customer support team assisted well.

One of the best Bakers in the city. I have ordered cake from them for my parents anniversary. Delicious Red velvet cake was beautifully designed as per my choice.
