Poor cleaning arrengments....I will never stay here.I was stayed in room number 08. Bathroom and washroom v very dirty.Costly also

The hotel is just outside Katni main station . The reception counter is on the 1st floot. I had booked and ac room and at my arrival, I was offered a non ac the manager requested for 10 mins of time to clean the room. The non ac room did not had a western bathroom. The area is crowded and noisy bein in market. I observed that there is a big network issue in the room as even after opening the window, I could not get tower. The Hotel has wifi but even it didnt work after 1st floor. Hospitality of this hotel is 0 as I noticed a staff of five including manager and two under 18 boys who are somehow managing. Also found beer cans in the gallery which represents the hotel reputation and class. After 2 hours continous request, the manager gave me an ac room for which I had paid. The room was untidy , no toiletries , no towel , no dustbin and no tv channels . The ac was not cool as per expectation and the bathroom leaks if you take bath. I finally went out found a better hotel and shifted. All of my money was wasted.

Budget hotel very near to Katni junction railway station. Rooms have attached latrine bathroom with cable TV connection. Rooms are ok ok types. You can get rooms for Rs 500 per night. Little more effort is needed in maintaining the rooms especially bedsheets and pillow. Good option to short and quick stay. No arrangement for hot water and towel. You need to go to market downstairs to eat out, they dont have any eating options for travellers. Wi-Fi service is not available in the hotel. Manager is courteous but some staff have I dont care attitude which may hurt you.

Hotel was Good but Rooms are very compact !! Rooms are not suitable for 2 Person, even for 1 if you are looking for long stay !! Meanwhile Staff are good and cooperative !!

Very poor condition of the hotel, there is no doubt at the nearest railway station and easily found room. Room service is very filthy. It needs to be corrected. Bathroom cleanliness of a very dirty room. Not given and the biggest thing is not specific, therefore, giving 2 stars to management should be done, even if ₹ 100 is more, but the room should be cleaned properly.There is no mirror anywhere in the room. There is a mirror in the bathroom, that too at the height of 5½ / ² feet in which only and only your hair will appear
