Decor is a bit tacky but the food never fails to impress!! chana masala from here is my favourite and tops every single other chai shop there is (chaiiwala is nasty imo). This is my favourite place to get breakfast from! extremely tasty food and milk cake and their falooda is the best ive ever tasted too. Would NEVER go anywhere else for falooda if chaiiology is an option! Karak chaii from here is the best tasting too imo!!

We had breakfast and it was 10/10.But …As, We walk in, the place wasn’t even busy, all tables were dirty. That was first impression for me. Only stayed because my sister said that she came before and it was ok, and that the breakfast is very good. We told the staff that we would eat in and gently asked to clean a table for us. We waited few minutes for our breakfast, and they end up forgetting to clean the tables, the member of the staff that came with the food, actually placed the trays on the table (dirty table) then was going to clean around it. We had to ask him to lift the trays and clean properly. That was a turn off. That’s bad costumer service. (Didn’t pay attention to our request)But I’ll give 3 starts considering the great taste of the food.

Ordered doughnuts from this place - no consistency in the doughnuts you can feel the oil pour into your mouth with each bite. Then moving onto the toppings - presentation not the best but that can be forgiven if it tastes good. Well theres a problem there too - I noticed additional toppings were Β£1 each! if you didnt opt for those you get what you are given and why am I surprised? The toppings you get are pure chemical/plastic rubbish - the oreos and biscoff are not legitimate at all they are tasteless crunchy rocks. My daughter had one of the doughnuts which turned out to have a sour tasting powder on there. Do these people know what they are doing? Profit over product quality thats for sure - they have good tea and milk cake at this place but I am genuinely baffled at their poor attempt at the doughnuts which is popular amongst these places now. Whatever you do - do not order the doughnuts from here

Ordered a baklava cheesecake, first time trying this, it was absolutely delicious, highly recommend for those who love cheesecake and baklava! Drinks were decent when we eventually got it. Place was quiet but the staff on the counter needs to wake up. Must have spent a good 5mins speaking with the lady in front of us about nothing before he served us and even after taking our order pretty much went back to her. After she left we finally got our tea and shake, the cup was hot to touch I asked if I can have something to stop my fingers burning, he didnt seem bothered now that the lady had left. Thats Birmingham for you.

The atmosphere and decor is well thought off, modern and cozy, in line of covid gulidlines the layout is applausable..... However the food, Was not to standard as I find at other comparable chai places. The tables were unclean and had to remind staff to clean up, the samosas were very oily and over filled with peas only, and had a unseasoned taste and latte wasnt warm enough but presented well, the hummus was mild and warm bread presented in a plastic container. From this experience I wouldnt be visiting again,I found the experience disappointing as I had heard it had a traditional technique of cooking food, but its wasnt anything I cant get of a roadside cabin.

Lame. When the breakfast arrived. The butter on the toast tasted cheap and hadnt melted properly. We ordered beans but got chana masala.. after pointing which out they did also give beans.Nothing special. Just a rip off of chaiiwala with a few pricey desert options in my opinion.

Wow! what an experience. I normally dont like attending places like these as often over hyped but went in today with family and have to say it was truly an amazing service.First impressions, the place was super clean and warm. Was welcomed so nicely and was made very comfortable. Then the menu was long but it was very easy to navigate. Used my QR code to scan code on table.Once ready to order, went over and met a really friendly cashier. (she was wearing red lipstick today) didnt catch her name and she took our order. She gave the best customer service. Can not fault her.Food was bought over by a really nice guy. Again I didnt catch the name. He may have been Arab. He was very friendly and made our stay just even more comfortable. Really family feel.Shortly after, another young lady come over to just check if everything was OK. She was really polite and friendly and just made our stay valued. (asian fair skinned girl, with blond streaks)We ordered the breakfast deals with karak tea and laasi and some masala fries. Food was on point. Only thing I would maybe suggest the chanas could be a little improved. Thats just my taste buds 😁.Went back to the counter to place another order for cakes and again the cakes were just so amazing. They were very fresh and tasted so lush. They served them in really cute boxes. Can not fault. The staff in general were really nice to our kids and really adored them. This really helps when staff interact with our kids, then the kids feel at home and just settle in to dine.Would highly recommend to give them a go.(Im giving this review because I feel they deserve this and have added them to my list to visit again.)

Travelled over 200 miles from Newcastle to visit chaiiology. Heard about their tandoori tea. I was very keen to give it a try as the last time I ever had it was in India. At first instance it had beautiful decor and was very welcoming. Staff were very friendly. Now coming to the tandoori tea, the set up was brilliant. It was live , so you could see the tea erupting. A lot of thought process has gone into this setup as you could clearly see that the equipment they were using was all from India/Pakistan.The tea was served in a beautiful clay cup and taste reminded me of my homeland. Food was also very nice. Will definitely be visiting again.
