NBPDCL OFFICE is located HARSH CONSULTANCY, Near, Barmasia Power House Colony, Barmasiya, Katihar. Office area is good and big parking area is available for vaichle. Everyday people are coming to deposit electricity bill, new electricity connection etc. Staffs who are working here is very good and well behaviour.Note:- One thing that disappoints us is that we have to climb very strange stairs to get to the office, and there is no system for those who are physically challenged.
