Not a good hosting provider in any way shape or form. The support is terrible and at times even condescending even though they dont know whats going on themselves. Moved my site to a different host and hoping to get better services now that I am no longer with siteground.
Absolutely hopeless. I moved my site and couldn’t get emails to work. Backwards and forwards with them for 24 hours and they couldn’t resolve. In the end they said there must be something wrong with Microsoft and I should take it up with them. Unbelievable

I know Siteground from customer support, and I have to say they are really bad and not even willing to compromise. Stubbornly unfriendly and nobody can help you in German. I had to translate everything myself. After a few days I wanted to quit Siteground webhosting and, as promised, I wanted 30 days money back to do nothing. You are simply dismissed, which is really unprofessional.Its funny how they try to talk their way around the head, the fact is (since I paid with PayPal and can see the statement) that the 13.73 tax was not refunded. and this is a scam!In addition, if I have to translate everything into English, you dont have to be unfriendly at the support just because something has been translated incorrectly.
