I bought a laptop! but after 4 months i notice my laptop an issue, then i go his shop , and give him my laptop, but he was rudely talking. and behavior also very bad, he was not taking any action, daily any excuse.

Bad experience only the shop looks goofy no sense of respect and responsibilities for customers and charges money without repairs only charges service money no sense of technical knowledge. Even the HP service worker doesnt know about microsoft store. How could anyone can buy anything from them if there is no sense of trust on the product if they buy from there. I can just warn through that comment rest is on the customer.

I bought a HP laptop in Dec 2020 and after 3 months the laptop is useless for me. It is so slow and takes time to boot. they sell cheap and outdated products at higher prices.

Absolute Worst behaviour with customer, the owner pretends to be know it all, and will not listen to any of your request. They will try to scam you with small works pretending that its a complicated thing. And if you question them, they behave rudely.

You can only buy the computers from here. Dont expect any further services from this horrible store for repairs. After submitting my hp laptop for repair, 2 weeks later i called to ask if the repair is done, they dont have any idea about what my issue was in the laptop. They didnt even check it, so, collected it the same day and got it repaired from a local shop within 3 days. Agarwal Computer sucks.

The first thing is about the BEHAVIOUR of the dealers in the shop, they dont behave good with the customers coming in their shop. Second thing is, with very less knowledge about their own products they behave rude with customers if they ask questions about the products present in their shop, even thou they dont have the single knowledge to differenciate between the PCI.NVMe SSD card and other SSD cards. Third thing is, if you call in the no. of the shop they will not answer your question properly and disconnect the call, if you call in that no. twice they will not answer your call. SO, ITS MY REQUEST TO EVERYONE WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS SHOP, IF YOU WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP YOU WILL FACE ALL THOSE THING WHICH I MENTIONED ABOVE.

The staff as well as owner of this shop is FRAUD. At first they dont know how to talk with their customers. once i visited the shop bcoz i dont have ms office in my laptop. then he told me i will give latest version of windows as well as ms office and several software which you need and will charge you 500 rupees. i agreed with him and when he give my laptop with windows and ms office 2007, i told him that i asked you for 2016 then he replyed come after 4-5 days . And after 1 day ,i m started facing problem in windows which shows windows is not properly installed and when i told him ,then he said i dont know any thing if i repair this i will charge again and he started misbehaving with me.
